This shows you how to torque the triple sprocket bolts on the Harley Davidson V-Rod. It torques to 17 ft lbs. It is common for this bolt to back out and destroy the engine. You will need to drain about a quart of engine oil if you doing it without servicing. You should be able to re-use the original gasket.
