@@chopperchopster I hear that! Mr. Ironhead needs to take a tour of the Philadelphia area and take note of who's on a Harley. Mr. Ironhead must not get out too often.
@Riddell Wilson young people are not buying Harleys, or at least in any quantity that matters, that is why Harley as a business is on life support. They gave up trying to sell to younger riders and are focusing on their core, aging, audience. They are investing in trikes so that their market can still buy Harleys as they lose mobility.
No, this is an awful commercial. This practically says that you're not worthy if you're old and fat. Physical aspect is not all in life. No matter how you look, you have the same right others have to ride or drive whatever you want.
@@Cerdo_asqueroso Shut up already you SJW whiner! Beta-losers like you don't deserve to have an opinion because you screw everything up. Go cry on Twitter or whatever you usually do :)
I've read that we'll see more full faced helmets worn by riders of baggers now. About 15% of motorcycle head injuries happen around the jaw area, as that area seems to be the place helmets tend hit and slide on the pavement at.
If anyone's wondering why this commercial is out-of-the-ordinary good for a motorcycle dealership: GoDaddy Founder Bob Parsons owns the Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale dealership.
I think it is the Breakout even though they dropped it from production this year...I think the ad is a bit old. I have a CVO Breakout...love it. Softtail line.
@@TheNostorian Yes. I own a '17 Breakout, same color Velocity Red. The model shown is a couple years earlier. Doesn't have the turbine wheels. Beautiful bike if I must say so myself. PEACE from Philadelphia
@@valkman761 and where exactly do you see the correlation between stereotypes and patriarchy? Is everything even remotely unjust/bad a result of an imaginary partriarchy in your mind? We do not live in a patriarchy - period. Stop letting yourself be brainwashed by those mainstream agenda paroles of offended activists. Fun fact: by saying it's all the "patriarchy's" fault you yourself are creating a generalization or stereotype. And this is what annoys me the most about modern feminists - they are all hypocrites who can't even practices what they preach. Women face many problems in this day and age, but so do men and it has nothing to do with an imaginary patriarchy or matriarchy. There are some patriarchal structures in a few sectors of society - i'll give you that. But there are matriarchal structures as well - the market is dictated by women as 80% of all consumption choices are done by women. Or the whole area of social driven jobs are full of women. Of course we should work on those problems - you don't solve these issues by putting the blame on some fictional big evil villain or a whole gender... This only creates hate and antagonism
For one year in the 80s, Harley's accessory catalog's models appeared to be hired from a NYC clothing modeling agency, and these models apparently had no idea of the Harley lifestyle, but struck high-fashion poses near the bikes (all photos of them were in black & white). Really looked phony.
This practically says that you're not worthy if you're old and fat. Physical aspect is not all in life. No matter how you look, you have the same right others have to ride or drive whatever you want. ¡¡ Shame on you Harley Davidson!!
nope, it means, your are fat, your life sucks, get an harley you will looks like jax teller and get succes and girls.. which is way more stupid lol...particulary when you watch the real harley riders lol.
Is this a commercial, or is this the new music video for Hall & Oates “out of touch”? Guessing by the visuals, it’s for out of touch; because, this didn’t make me want to buy a Harley, it made me cringe. Did y’all really Let a 60 year old man and the way he sees life through his “one world view” direct this?
