I've had this 2020 Road Glide for less than 6 months and the upgrades (20 and counting...) are getting out of control! I need professional help lol. This is my first Harley Road Glide, first Harley period. I was on an Indian Darkhorse before this but the Road Glide blows it away.

I have a 2019 Roadglide Special , I initially added a boom Audio and screening eagle stage 1 kit . I have since snatch all that off . I did add a new Klock Werks screen , but I just now dropped another 16 grand , JM rocker extreme , moonshine exhaust , tour pack , saddle and seat, Krause bars, flo mot foot boards and press , clutch and break levers, s$s oiler, fueling 472 reaper cam and HPI 62mm throttle body just to name a few .

Good job, don't blame ya for not telling how much it costs lol, I bought a 18 shark and stopped keeping track of how much I spent, I did a stage 2 on mine as well, I'm pretty deaf so no music upgrades, super shox w/1" lower kit, chopped engine guard, I've got the Ciro hwy pegs as well with 1" extended out floorboards, if you never had them I would highly recommend makes a big difference 👍✌️

Remove your stock length heel shifter peg and replace it with a “shorty” heel shifter peg. I got mine for $39.95 from TSC. The shorter heel shift peg allows you to use more surface area on the rear of the left floor board. And, you can operate the heel shifter with the arch of your foot instead of the heel of your boot.

Nice bike! I have a 2016 Street Glide Special and I upgraded my suspension front and rear to Legend Suspension. It was the best upgrade I ever did. The next time I buy a bike suspension and seat is the first thing I will upgrade.

I had a 2014 Breakout CVO that had a Recluse Clutch. Just traded up to a 2019 Road Glide Ultra. I really miss the Recluse Clutch but love the RGU. Just a suggestion.

Great looking bike. I have a Road Glide as well, and not much stock stuff on it anymore. We certainly have some of the same stuff. Funny thing...the hardest thing I ever changed out on my bike was the removal of the reflector on the rear fender! If I had the wheel off it would have been easy.

U need a Delta digital display gauges, they are very nice easy to install. Plug and play. But you do have to takeoff all your fairing in the front. That part is work lol

Thank you but I did many more upgrades on it and it doesn’t even look like that anymore lol. The usb plug-in you can get on Amazon. They are waterproof and it’s an easy replacement. I’m about to do that to my new street glide as well.

Put your mirrors on the bottom of your bars. If you do any more motor mods consider a Thunder max tuner.

If you like the decals, that's all that matters. You should get rid of the reflectors. They make chrome inserts for the saddlebags. You just have to use a heat gun to get rid of the reflectors. They look really good.

You can buy them real cheap on Amazon. All you need to do is remove the fairing to remove the existing receptacle and dremel out the whole a little bit so the new usb will fit. So easy! If you get stuck let me know.

Sick setup! I dig the mixed black and chrome trim and admire the courage to wrench on your own bike. I know my limits and would rather pay to know it got done right. Quick question. Did the Vance and Hines fuel pack void the warranty? Was hd able to tell you had it installed?

I’ve heard the front LED headlights are fantastic!? Are your billet auxiliary lights bright enough for dark roads? Or do you think adding bigger auxiliary lights would be a better option? Love your Road Glide and all of your upgrades!! Super nice bike!! 👍

Thank you! They are super bright but less LED’s than if you were to upgrade the stock billets to LED. These will cost twice as much but I love the look and I have never had a problem on a dark road.

Great looking ride. Look into Legends for rear suspension. 13” Revo A’s should suffice. They’ll blow away the progressives. Don’t take this the wrong way but the right side of the bike looks fantastic. Then you get to the left side & it screams cheesy Willie G components. You have Ness components so go with that. Just a suggestion. The Joker decal is awesome. Ditch the skulls decal on the outer fairing. Bike sounds great. Great job on the audio. KST’s are one of the best bars out there. Nice!

Nice Road Glide, I have a 2016 RG Ultra in black. If I may suggest, the $3.00 decals on the fairing cheapen an otherwise ridiculou$ly sweet bike. The bag vinyl is fine, I have the American flag vinyl on my bag lids, but dump the decals.

I’m not understanding why you had a hard time putting on the heat shields. Top nut already has threaded insert bottom you push in the supplied nut from the outside in. Fyi, the experts say don’t use the left side heat shield,cause it traps heat.

Those were a great choose, as for some feedback for you on the image on the front fairing of the sword and skull, personally I think it doesn't look bad.. did you choose it, did it come on the bike? To me it is like a tattoo, they are personal, so if you chose that image it must have some meaning but if you didn't pick it well you should put your own image there instead, ride safe 😇

With the latest update, Android auto works without any adapter. I do not like the harley GPS system. Being able to put on Waze and put it in motorcycle setting. Works great!

Don’t do the love jugs. That bike went through a ton of transformation in the end. Stickers long gone lol. Watch the other videos for more updates.

It’s a Sony 7000. Very easy to do by uploading it via one of the USB’s.

@@kennyg4355 ok at 13” you won’t need to change the wiring harness. Which bars? The KST comes with its own method of snaking the harness through. That might be your hardest part. The one thing you really need to pay attention to is the way you route those wires through the hand controls into the bar. Make sure not to crimp those at all! Take your time and take pictures of the before so you can refer back to it. Also pull the main fuse before you begin. Any questions feel free to reach out. Good luck!

They are KST Vanguard Spearhead 14”. The link is in the description. I installed them myself. Not as easy as they make it look in the videos lol. Just be careful with the hand controls. Be extra careful around those and you’ll be fine.
