Just did a 200 mile day, the seat was a little stiff but by the end of the run started feeling really good. The seat is breaking in nicely hope it keeps going this way. I wasn’t sore or fatigued riding and I like the slightly higher seating position my legs were more relaxed verse the stock seat

If you ordered from another seller, you unfortunately are at the mercy of that seller. If you ordered from Saddlemen, I'd suggest giving them a call. They typically quote a 4 to 6 week lead time as every seat ordered from them is made to the specific order. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. The third party is reputable but they have told me “it could be 6-8 months.” I was also under the impression it was 4-6 weeks.

@JOHN51977 That seems odd. All my seats direct from Saddlemen have been quoted 4 to 6 weeks and they typically arrive in under 4 weeks. Maybe call Saddlemen and see what lead time they quote. If it's 4 to 6 weeks, then cancel the order if you can from the other seller.

Thanks for the question. At the moment I believe Saddlemen only has the Step Up and Road Sofa available for the 2024 Road and Street Glides. I would say the Step Up would be better than the Road Sofa for shorter inseam. However, I would suggest calling Saddlemen to discuss what you are looking for and what they may be developing for the 2024 models. I'm sure they have several seats in development. 👊✌️👍

I think having the backrest attachment is the biggest difference. Debating on which one I want. I ride a lot but have a bad back.

Thanks Mikey for watching and commenting. All of the Saddlemen seats are much narrower to the frame and as it comes up onto the tank than the stock seats. The seat featured in this video is a great looking seat and it still is comfortable for the long haul rides. I think you have checked out my other saddlemen seat videos. My suggestion would be to not go the Road Sofa route as it will sit you up a bit higher making touching the ground a bit more challenging. But really any of the other seats I run sit at a great point to get your feet comfortably on the ground. I'd suggest going to a dealer that sells Saddlemen seats and demo a few on your bike to see which model works best for you and your style of riding. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍

Thanks for watching and commenting. I have the stock CVO seat from my 2021 Street Glide CVO...I took it off when I got it home from the dealership and out the Tour Step up on it. The stock CVO seat is terrible in my opinion. This seat is one of my favorite Saddlemen seats and it's super comfortable. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. @@HDVIBE yes I don’t see the tuck and roll extended version on the website it’s the one I would go with I’m 6ft 1 32” inseam
