Harms of Tobacco Use and Benefits of Quitting 

This video presents information on the adverse effects of tobacco use on health. You will identify the health effects of tobacco use, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory disease, as well as the health effects of exposure to secondhand smoke among nonsmokers, particularly children and the short- and long-term health benefits of quitting tobacco smoking.
