Harnds Knife & Tool Talisman budget Chinese Flipper incredible quality for the price!! 

Best opening animation ever.

I have a Harnds Blazer, a very stout and large working knife. It is very well made, has a secondary retainer for the liner lock, 9Cr18MoV blade a tip down pocket clip and a well made case. It fills the hand well, and is heavy. The blade is a full 4" and the blade stock is 4mm.

I bought this knife and like it but for what it is I think it's a bit expensive. I believe that it should be closer in price to their Viper which a real bargain. and a great knife for the price. I find that when you move up in price a little you can get much better products. If you consider that you can get a Twosun all Ti with a D2 blade is only about $55.00. I find that the $25-35 price range is not much better than the $10-20 range. I have about 50 better knives (Spyderco etc.) but I don't like to beat them up so I got a dozen different cheap Chinese knives, much of which your and Birdshot IV reviews and consider a great little collection almost all under $25 such as the Ganzo 753 in axis and auto & the Sanrenmu Land 910 in S.S. and G-10, these are great knives for the money. I am actually shocked at how good they are. I for one am glad that they are making good knives because it gives the American manufacturers a kick in the pants to get their s**t together. Keep them coming China you have made it possible for the people that don't have the means to buy a PM2 or a 940-1 have access to very good knives at an affordable price.

Thanks for another great video LTK. Doctor Chuck, and that Steve Klecker guy, from Iowa. Sure do know what they are talking about! I have one of these knives, and it's the best knife for the money, Harnds down, for 2017. I have never bought any knife over $350. So there are no Shirogorov or Gareth Bull Shamwari knives here at this Homestead. But, I do have a pretty well rounded collection, and none of my other knives are smoother. None of my flippers flip better. None of my knives have better Craftsmanship, than this Harnds Talisman Knife does. I love that it doesn't have an unnecessary thumb-stud. I love that the liner-lock bar is the smoothest ever on the finger. To push back out of the way. I love that it's 0.024" thick behind the cutting edge. I can grab the blade on this knife, move it back & forth by hand, and I cannot tell that the blade is even connected to the rest of the knife. Put this knife under a 10X magnifier, and it gets even better looking! Deep carry pocket-clip. Who doesn't love that! We can stop the video at the 10:31 or 11:00 mark, and get a good close-up look at that scale texturing and finish. It really is, on a very high level.

Yup, that's a gem right there. Picked this up a few weeks ago when gearbest just released it. Had a few Harnds knives in the collection already, so from time to time I give it a brand specific search, and hell yeah it was here two weeks later. Nice. Must've just gotten on the boat or something. Usually it's a month shipping time or more with gearbest :)

Nice clean design - they seem to have thought out all the details. Love full flat grinds and curved handles, so that's a plus in my book. Also like the fat liners and the H pivot's a nice touch. Not bad for $30, but lots of stiff competition.

Another budget knife to add to the wish list!! That thing awesome!!

Thanks for the review! Holy sh*t, this a great knife! It came to me the same day as the WE Gava, and still got plenty of attention. Absolute buttery action and perfect fit/finish that matches knives that cost hundreds of $$. I totally agree with your Dr. friend!

Ya I bought one of these about a year ago. I love 9cr18mov. Its performance is similar to 154cm. Not the same steel though. But anyway whenever I find it for a decent price I buy the knife. Very good knife you got there though. Oh yours is aus8... must be slightly different than mine is then.

Hey LTK! Just purchased two on Gearbest for $19 each.

I've had my eye on this knife for a while, might pull the trigger for $25. I've got the Harnds Viper, and for $10 it's a good knife. I've heard the Blazer is a good one too, more of chunky camp knife. So I don't think Harnds is just a one trick pony, though they don't yet have the same reputation as the big two Chinese producers, Ganzo and Sanrenmu.

I cant begin to tell you how many times i almost ordered this. Its a great looking knife. If it came in colors i would be all over it. I am mostly over black g10 for now, so thats why i havent. Cant dispute its usefulness though. Good review sir!

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I've had a couple of AUS8 knives that got progressively harder and harder to sharpen, until eventually it was more trouble than it was worth. I don't know if the microcrystalline structure changed, or what. I've shied away from it ever since.
