One thing I hate about this deck is that many of harpie effects only activate in the end phase, like hysteric sign, harpie oracle, harpie harpist, it’s so annoying, you can’t access the cards immediately which is very slow. This deck doesn’t have a good searcher for the feather storm, only thing is that you have to open hysteric sign(but you can’t use the first effect), and you have to use hunting ground to pop it, even if you do that, sure you get to negate all your opponents effects, but you don’t have a strong field, so it doesn’t matter.
@blackwhirlwind1245 I feel the sane way, trust me. It's all focused around timing and every effect is end phase. What I would love to see is a harpie that actually searches for feather storm. We get this really good trap card, but no way to search for it other than trap trick. They could even make it to where you can't ss monsters for the turn except harpie monsters.
I think harpie desperately needs another harpie monster that is always treated as harpie lady, vanilla Harpie lady, 1, 2, 3, and cyber harpie lady all suck. I have come up with a card, something like Harpie Archer/Princess/Sage, etc, effects read as: This card is always treated as “Harpie Lady”. If you control no monsters or the only monsters you control are Wind monsters, you can special summon this card from your hand. You can only special summon this card once per turn this way. If this card is normal or special summoned, you can add one "harpie" card or "hysteric" card or one card mentions "harpie lady sisters" from your deck to your hand. You can only activate this effect of harpie (xxxx) once per turn. If you activate this effect, for the rest of this turn, you cannot special summon monsters from the extra deck except wind monsters.
@@blackwhirlwind1245 that would work, I would like to have another searcher for harpies. Harpie sage would be an awesome name. Or the harpie Amazon or something.
@@samuelgonzalez-tovar3936 That would be cool, but I don't know if they will ever make a male harpie. We had harpie's brother and they changed the name so I think konami just wants female harpies. Besides that, the lore and mythology behind harpies are that they were all women and they would eat and kill men, they were like sirens in a way.
Tri-brigade even has a searchable hysteric party as revolt, and ferrijit helps put double or nothing back in deck or any bricks in hand, and helps extend
You could either sub out avarmax or even ice beast if you wanted to keep a pop effect. You could also choose to not use aresenal falcon, you have many options, and I hope that helps! :)
@XxjeffersonDkidxX holy crap I never thought of that! That would have been tech card because harpie lady doesn't really have a negate, just disruptions. You can still make it playable, but I don't know about winning locals.
Baron is still playable on master duel, I am still testing harpie deck, if you tech in speedroid carturbo, you can actually make baron using carturbo plus fearsome fire blast. Carturbo gives you more special summons, it can also access level 7 synchros like clear wing synchro dragon, fast dragon, wind Pegasus. Problem is that it locks you into wind monster effects for the rest of the turn. If you play multiple copies of carturbo, sometimes, you can also use its graveyard effect by banishing 2 copies of carturbo to increase 800 attacks for all your wind monsters.
@blackwhirlwind1245 That sounds awesome and fun. A lot of synchro summoning. Yeah it's weird how yugioh has 3 banlists, and everything is always different.
