Graeme O'Neil takes a look at Harrison Ford's speech at the Critics Choice Awards, which included thanking Calista Flockhart, and his run-in with his "Blade Runner 2049" co-star Ryan Gosling.
I will pay to see anything Harrison Ford is in. I love his intelligent, sarcastic humour, he is an absolutely gorgeous man, humble and I have enjoyed every performance. He deserves all the awards.
Mr. Oneil: it is irresponsible, if not idiotic, to suggest Harrison couldn’t remember Ryan’s name while appearing on the Graham Norton show. It was a comedic exchange that highlights the exceptional wit and dry humor of both talented men. Anyone who watched the bit in its entirety would understand that.
Yes, I just watched some other clips where they are being interviewed together and they do the same thing in a couple of the clips. They are obviously enjoying their mutual sense of humour and play, combined with a refreshing deprecation and humbleness.
The uncertainty of the name in the GN clip was a bit, they we’re having a laugh. His humility and sense of humour are two of his many qualities that make him Harrison Ford.
I won't take anymore of your Time, Goodnight.. lol The Great Harrison Ford.. You are Worth all the Time thats well Taking, By Our Hearts.. we Love you man... Legendary moments 👑 Masterpiece..
*So loved watching Harrison Ford in all his movies!!* *He's one of the greatest actors 🎬 that ever made great movies!!*Love you Harrison Ford!!* 🥰,❤️ and 🙏's!
I am so surprised that your headline focussed on his very brief meetup with Ryan Gosling. I was so saddened to learn that this amazing actor, one of the very best, has not been honored with awards throughout his amazing career! We all honor you, Mr Harrison Ford. Thank you! 🙏🏻 You are the very best!
Harrison Ford is an icon. Seriously, my surname is "Forward". I wanted my first born to be "Harrison". In honour of the man. And characters he played. I got kyboshed because my wife said "No way". After what she went through, I said "You can name the kid whatever you want ". It wasn't Harrison. So be it. But, I watched this guy in EVERY movie. Damn good!
It´s a little bittersweet seeing him this old, but he still looks great and is very funny. "Raiders of the lost ark" is my favorite movie so it was also bittersweet seeing Indy again in "Dial of Destiny". I think the film is a complete mess, by the way, they should´ve ended this in "The Last Crusade".
lol, you're not very familiar with Harrison Ford. He has the best sense of humor you're going to find and he had NO problem remembering Ryan Gosling's name! He was making a joke which Ryan and most everyone else recognized. He's the best! 🥰
Awards and accolades made up by well-paid board members and selected voters mean nothing. Harrison and Ryan get the core of things, as strong folks on the common sense part of living as celebrities. The hard choice to have a life without being a hungry ghost for popularity for them or their families is not easy after the art they have performed. There are others too, that we all know, who could care less about awards but do enjoy being recognized by their peers, even when their peers are far younger and far less talented. That said, Go Wrexham.
@@darkseid6089 I knew there’d be an e-diot who’s waste his time stating the absolute basic most obvious fact about my statement because they don’t have the ability to process critical thinking or empathetic communication. I was just waiting for the person to take the bait. Thanks for exposing yourself to the internet forever.
I hardly see Harrison Ford as a frail old man. My gosh! He looks FANTABULOUS!! I don’t see a cane or a walker and he looks pretty fit for his 81yr old body. Older YES but frail NOPE!😆
Den Namen von Ryan Gosling nicht zu wissen, war ein Gag bei der Graham Norten Show. Beide haben echten Sinn für Humor, was man Herrn ONeill offensichtlich nicht nachsagen kann.
What really gets me.. Why the fck did Ford so much damage to his own legacy in the past years? Money? The wish to feel still needed? Bad counsel anyway. We will always love him❤
The chance for us to see beloved characters one more time. He did the best he could. Also keep in mind that the audience has changed a lot. A lot more picky and dismissive. While not all of his return movies where gems he's only an actor and can only do so much.
