This looks like my first set of darts which is Shot TOA (3 weeks ago😅) I used to play darts 6-7 yrs ago and I just got back after finishing college. Now I just bought another cheap darts from One80 the Jetstream Tomcat and it has very tapered nose, the transition from point to nose is smooth.
I think anything above a 3 MPR with a brand new set of darts is more than acceptable for most darters. You always find pretty cool darts to review. Thanks for keeping darts affordable. Great video again. Thank you.
I bought the tapered version recently, in 23g. Now, with Condor flight’s and repointed, I have to say they’re great dart’s. Really nice feel and quality, you’d be hard pressed to guess the price. My go to dart’s at the moment. 👍🏼
They're definitely on the list after reading a comment about them. The board is WAY too soft. It was okay straight out of the box but the sisal loosened up really quick. Not a fan at all.
Nice looking grip style , but maybe I would want a 90% or 95% set in 24g to make them slimmer . Well done beating the computer ! Hope you had a good Xmas , have a great 2024 everyone . We have 50 mph winds here in the south west of the UK , Bristol and Wales right now , so I will get blown to the pub tonight ! Doh
I bought a set of darts from Darts Clearance about a year ago that were in gold 90% that looked very similar to these. Nice darts and the grip are like these. They surprised me how grippy they are. They were so nice I got a set that were lesser gram, so now have them in 22 and 25. It looks like the bot took off for the holidays, didn’t give you a challenge at all.😊
Can't go wrong with DC darts. Do you remember if I reviewed that set? I don't quite recall which set they were. Funny enough, I've played 1000's of legs against the Dart Connect bot on this level and I don't think I've ever seen them throw a 1.8mpr. Must have been a glitch in the matrix. Usually they're kicking my butt 😂
Great review! There are a lot of things to like about this set of darts! Grip on the barrel without any smooth spots is a very nice feature. Great price and the dimensions were pretty darn good. They do need a trident nose cone and I agree the flights need to be punched. With all of those very minor upgrades you have a near perfect set of darts.
I've always like the quality on Harrows barrels at decent prices, the tapered version would've been my choice but both look like excellent barrels, great vid as always! 💥 Boom
Really nice set of darts, affordable, with a nice grip, really wish they were 90% so they could be skinnier, no skipjack board today 😲 great review as always tho. 👍
Great review as always 👏 my league winning match darts are harrows razr grip parallel fairly similar just more grippy than these harrows is a pretty expensive brand overall but they have always been pretty consistent for me ....
Their prices on the recent launch were very good. They have a couple more expensive sets but overall I'd say they have the best prices out of all the big companies. Of course that all depends on where you buy them. In the USA the prices are silly but if you buy them from Double Tops they're affordable.
@WorldwideDarts my last order was from double top and yes they're prices are great I just had the shipping issue because of the holidays but nothing wrong with double top at all .....
Actually really like them, Iike I said in your previous reviews I really like a bomb style dart, and I have an average of 85 to 90. Which is not to bad I think personally. But I might think giving these darts ago I just don’t know if it’s going to affect my throwing technique. Great video btw
Pretty solid standard set of darts, love that they're affordable. Need to give the bot a break, probably christmas hangover! 😂 Also, if you think of it, and they're still available, can you put the Flair barrels on hold? lol
I like cricket, maybe you got more little tipps. Is there a ruel which number first, if I play cricket I try to shot Bull first. Because here I waste the most time.
question for you. (might not have anything to do with the video) but i'm looking to but a repointer. now the price range is all over the shop from what i can see. and most of them look the same. so is it safe to say that most of them are the same and that i should just get a cheap one because i dont have to change points that often? or do they have some noticeable difference?
I've owned the Designa Pro Black since about 2015 and it's been great. Unfortunately they're sold at Darts 💩 Corner which I don't recommend. The Caliburn repointer looks nice as well. 👍🏻
@@WorldwideDarts yea, i try to avoid DC these days if i can. as for the designa pro black, thats the design of repointer i was talking about. most of them look like that. seeing the price and the fact that you do switch points ALOT for videos and it still holding up i'm confident that most if not all repointers are good. and thanks for the caliburn tip. i'll have to look into that and see if i can find a shop thats sells them. so cheers this does help me along.
