Meghan Markle is slowly separating herself from Prince Harry and is hoping to take full custody of their two young kids, a veteran Royal biographer has claimed.
The couple's relationship has been rumoured to be on the rocks in recent weeks following a number of high-profile incidents, which has led to speculation they are close to going their separate ways.
This has been questioned further after the couple did not publicly celebrate or mark their fifth wedding anniversary on May 19.

Plus Harry's book SPARE made way more money than all her supposed projects put together! I think, in the divorce, she should get what she brought in & what her projects earned....which would give her a little over 5 million dollars!😅😂😅😊

The children belong to the royal family and they get to keep them, in the event of divorce. Just like princess Diana, didn't get custody of her boys. Neither will Megan get to have full custody of any children.

You don't know about the Family Law here in California. Archie was born in UK, however after 12 months of residency became California legal resident. His sister is as US citizen. Yes, rarely one parent here gets full physical and legal custody. Here comes the "problem" however, in the event of separation or divorce if Harry would want to take his kids for a visit to UK, Meghan would have to agree and give her consent. If she would say no, Harry can take it to Court and present evidence she is being unreasonable. I can see it already...she would simply say it's for "safety reasons". As crazy as it sound, Harry is stuck. If he would want to be part of his kids lives, he has to stay here.

There are no children. Archie was a surrogate born child but they don't have him in their possession. There is no female child unless she's bought replacements. Nothing would surprise me in the dirty corrupt world she lives in. Harry just does as he's told because she's got so much stuff on him.

She didn't get acting roles on her own, but through exploiting connections of her ex-husband, that worked as a talent agent. She forced him to get her into suits, but then he didn't help her anymore and she couldn't land anything else on her own. She tried to pressure him to get her into his productions, but he didn't follow her demands. She ditched him, trying to find someone more useful. She complained, that newspapers tried to get interviews with him, when she dated Harry... She tried hard to cover her past.

She doesn't really need him now. The sad thing is that people will buy into it and continue to provide her with an income. She will sell the children back to the Royal Family for a large sum of money. Included in the deal will be the disposal/transfer of her “Now-Husband” who has become her “Now-a-Bore-and-a-Millstone-Husband”. Hence the announcement today that the couple will no longer snipe at the Royal Family or produce any more public material about them. This is the groundwork that ANY and EVERY legal firm would insist on, in preparation for the sale of the Children plus Harry back to the Royal Family. This will have to include a tax indemnity since Harry’s tax position back here if he returns as a U.K. taxpayer will be dire. One reason for his wife encouraging the legal claims against the newspapers. ANY resulting damages will be free of tax in the U.K. End of this couple, eh?!?
