Their case is missing appropriate funding on lavishing functions and expenses on the private visits, whilst the soldiers and people are languishing in terrible conditions … worth checking it out
I hope this will actually trigger the IRS audit that is needed against the supposed charity. Because I believe through their production and everything else this is an actual business and not a charity.

Unfortunately, as a past accountant, a lot of companies play this game where they will send in the form and no check or a check or no form. The check was only for $250 based upon the $2 million that they had in bank. I think they’re holding us up because the form itself would’ve shown their income and the expenses paid out. Actually that is not quite accurate. While Twit n’Tramp did pay for some positive social media stories, there are far more stories and videos which show how angry most Nigerians are at the grifters. These videos also show how utterly inappropriate Harry’s wife acted in both dress and rude behaviours. A Nigerian human rights coalition has already filed a demand for an inquiry into exactly how much money the Nigerian government paid to the grifters. This was a grifting holiday meant to garner footage for the Harkles scheme to continue to defraud the world.

if the forms arrived why was the cheque not sent with them, why would a cheque be sent in a separate envelope, why didnt they send it by bank transfer if this delinquency notice was for 2022, what about 2023 and 2024, have the filings for these years been made by a lost cheque in the post as well, and if the ones for 2022 are wrong then does the same apply to the other years

I don't think it was mentioned in Nigeria, although they kept on about it we didn't see them talking to the appropriate people. We didn't hear anything. There was no visual evidence of discussions going on. I think we've had the pulled over our eyes.

Meghan is bored of Archwell and she’s moved onto the her lifestyle enterprise and her newly discovered link to Nigeria. It will be interesting if this affects donations moving forward - people don’t want to donate to a charity that is using the collected money in fines and delinquency fees because the charity think they’re above the rules.
I will always remember Megan's fundraising technique when she memorably declared: "Send us your money and we'll make sure it gets to the right places." No details, no plan, no indication of how the money would be used.
I totally agree. No one overlooks a filing of any corp, entity, or non profit required by every State. Even if your entity forgets to pay the "small State required fee, of 100 dollars or so, your CPA would catch it prior to filing your Federal Tax Returns. There was mention that this was from 2022. This may trigger an IRS Audit and this may explode for the Grifters.
When charitable donations are made in the U.S. they can and are claimed back on tax. And CEOs usually get a big fat wage. This is one of the reasons I stopped giving to charities that pay high wages to CEOs.

Nigeria wasn’t quite the success the press is eluding to. There is a live video of a panel of Nigerian women speaking most strongly against the Markle woman and her self centered, non contributing, disrespectful behavior during this visit…while also strongly questioning her Nigerian ancestry. They basically found her repulsive. There are several clips of Nigerian men stating that the visit by the duo was offensive. That their people are starving and big money is being spent on making sure the Markles have a good time….along with several other live clips that are similar in sentiment.
H&M remind me of a client I had at one time. I would present them with their monthly financial statements. They would look through them with this puzzled expression like they had never seen a income statement, balance sheet or any accompanying documents before in their life. They didn't understand them no matter how many times I explained them, and they asked the same questions every month. I finally stopped trying to teach them as it was a lost cause. I just put everything in a large manilla envelope and told the secretary to file the envelopes together by year. That sure made my life easier! The moral to this story is that there are some people who are not "teachable" so don't run yourself crazy trying! H&M may not know enough to realize they had better pay a decent salary for a qualified, experienced, knowledgeable person to handle things that will get their butts in trouble with the government so they won't lose their "money generating machine" aka their "charity!"🙂🙃😉
