I always laughed about how Dumbledore told Gryffindor they won and they were in 1st place then the very next cutscene is lets go see if we won the house cup
I don't know how to describe it, but there was something so strangely distinct about the sixth generation of consoles. It's like, really overwhelming there are no really visible polygons anymore, but literally everything is just... off, somehow. Video games are never going to have that distinct oddity to them again, whatever it is I can't quite put my finger on.
Dumbledore be like: I have no favorites in this school and care bout everybody just as much.... But I will hold the Speech ONLY in the Gryffindor common room!
I mean its maybe funny, but actually its just old game, cant expected to be THAT accurate in all things. Actually this game was far better than Chamber of Secrets and surprise: they rush game and it was way worse than Philosophers Stone, of course we talking about ps2 version.
I remember when these games came out and the movie producers were upset because they were giving away the ending to the films. I think it was the fourth film that they started delaying the release of the video games until after about a week that the film came out
Would u believe me if I told u after coming back to this game from not playing it for years I beat it first try?......I'm in disbelief rn.....I feel like it's dumb luck and maybe cus I'm older idk....but I didn't die once.
Why does anything about the ending make NO sense? Dumbledore giving his end of year speech in the Gryffindor common room, telling them they've won, and then giving them MORE points??
What are the rules of wizards chess exactly? Like, the kings gone? How is the game still playing?? Call me old fashioned but ill stick to the origional
To make it easier to beat the level. Kinda lame but I understand why they did it. Chess requires a lot of strategy to win, and unless you're already good at chess, most people would get frustrated after a few attempts. That's why in the Order of the Phoenix video game, you can play Wizard Chess with varying degrees of difficulty to earn bonus rewards, but it's not required to progress through the game. My great aunt, Lina Grumette was a chess instructor and at one point was a mentor to Bobby Fischer (I'm not making this up; Google her name). Unfortunately I never met her as she died the year before I was born. It would have been cool if she were around to teach me how to play chess. I know all the rules about how to move the pieces, but my strategy sucks, lol!
So I have a couple of questions at the end: 1. Why is Dumbledore in the Common Room with ONLY Gryffindors as opposed to the Great Hall with the whole school? 2. Excuse me, TEN points for each of the trio? It's 50 each for Hermione and Ron, 60 for Harry and 10 for Neville who isn't even mentioned.
Still stuck on this when i load the game it spawns me at venomus tectacula with not that much health not able to go back to get more cauldron cakes cant get past tectactulas without taking a lot of damage and struggle to get past the lycanthrope quirrel part too only got to Voldemort end battle once and then gave up cuz he kept killing me and couldnt get the flippendo to reflect off the mirror any suggestions this unbelievably difficult for me finding this impossible maybe im really shit at this think i am but this mission is so hard any suggestions or help thanks

The PC one had a better atmosphere. The graphics werent as clean as these, and the gameplay was pretty poor, but I honestly enjoy the PC version over this version.
9:17 That's some of the worst voice-acting I think I've heard in any video game. I thought overall the designers for these HP games did a great job with finding voice actors who sounded like the actors from the films, but Voldy's voice sounds so cheesy and amateurish.
