This calendar is very cute. However I really wish they would add some new characters to this. It's the same ones every year. Try adding some more underated character's, that people will still like getting.
It would also be cool of they had all the characters from one scene, like one year could be Christmas at the weasley’s themed or something. Instead we has like random characters from the third book plus first year main characters apparently? (Because of Harry’s glasses). Also the thestrals because they don’t even get introduced until later.
Instead of 2 Harry's and Hermione's, they could have put Crabbe and Goyle. I wish that they would have more Slytherin characters to balance out all the Gryffindors. ;-;
Also YES, I know Hedwig is a SHE... 😂 I was filming ALL day, and I was thinking about Gimli (if you know, you know) who is a he. THEY LOOK THE SAME OK. Calm yo selves.
I would’ve loved to see Tonks or Kingsley. Also maybe a Molly Wobbles or Arthur or Bill. We have so many Funko Fleur it would be nice to have a Bill with her. I’m glad they didn’t repeat Ron, and I think it is sufficient that the Golden Trio repeats every year…we don’t need multiples in one calendar. That said, I bought this for $40 US for my goddaughter because she has just started with the Wizarding World and, at age 10, it’s got great play-ability and gives her characters she knows.
This calendar is good for someone who doesn't have any of the previous years. But for someone like me who has a couple previous years, you literally are only going to get like 2 new Pops: Trelawny and flocked Crookshanks are the only ones I think are new out of that whole calendar, and 2019 had an unflocked Crookshanks so you aren't even getting a new character.
Here in the US Michael’s craft store sells cases to display coins and these tiny figures fit in them perfectly! I’ve every year displayed year round! Wish I could post a pic lol

I haven't done one since I was a kid, but you got me so excited to do one. I am starting a new job and planning on keeping it in the office so I have a special treat every morning!
I’ve started turning these small pops into Xmas ornaments. Just glue gunning some ribbon to the back of them & putting them up on my HP themed Xmas tree! So fun…
I gotta agree with a lotta folks here; these would be so much more impressive to me if they did a wider variety of characters. I get doing the golden trio every year, but there are too many unique and excellent characters for repeats to be excusable to me. Frankly, they could probably make 3-4 years of these without repeating characters between them (except the trio) and still not get into the unrecognizable characters. And if I was designing these, the trio would be more unique each year too, so that if you have multiple years you've got different outfits for them. Maybe make them distinctly from different books, or give them festive stuff.
I’m so disappointed in this calendar this year. I bought the first 3. I was upset last year since 1/2 were duplicates. But this year, there’s only one new one. It’s just not worth it. I wish Funko could come up with new ones as I love to turn these into ornaments and hang them on my Harry tree
@@cherrywallis we had Fang last year. He just wasn’t flocked. Trewlawney is the only new one for this year. It’s such a shame cause these really were my favorite calendars!
@@whatamiedid4014 I take tiny eye hook screws. I got mine off Amazon but craft stores and hardware stores have them too. I just screwed then on top of their heads. Super quick and easy! I found it easier even to take a thumbtack and hammer to sort of start it and then the eye hooks twisted in super easily
This one is very cute. Love Luna and the animals. Only thing I don’t care for is duplicate characters, even dressed differently they could have put more characters in their place.
I'm loving this Advent calendar week, it's so exciting! I think these Funko Calendars are cute but I don't get them anymore because there are a lot of repeats each year and when you're collecting Funko Pops, you just get the exact same versions as the big ones and it ends up being a little disappointing... I wish Funko would do new characters in their calendars or at least different versions of their normal sized Pops.
That Dobby was everything! And the soft Fawkes 😍 I loved watching this and seeing you so excited! It makes me feel okay about my overenthusiastic nature when it comes to everything Wizarding World 😅 this was a great advent calendar. They added some new pops and tried some different outfits (loved Hermione with books!). This makes me want to buy Funko pops again 🙈
While they seemed to learn from last year not to have too many variants of the same character, too many of these are the same (or with minimal difference) as last year
I looked through the 2020 version and you literally got the same Luna, Hedwig, Fred, George, Dobby, Draco, Ginny, and Fawkes.. Very lazy of funko tbh. Would be so much more fun if they gave you ATLEAST new ones and not duplicates. They are cute though and I always enjoy your videos!
I was actually starting to worry that Luna wasn’t going to appear in this year’s calendar but then she appeared at the end and I was very happy about that aha. Love Luna Lovegood so much. And your videos are great 😊
Love it! Just wished that they didnt do any repeats with an outfit change though (As much as I appreciate Hermoine). Hoped they could have made more under represented characters in these sets like Molly, Colin, Cho, Dean, Padma, heck even Rita why not. BECAUSE, I really do appreciate Trewlaney is in this, fav!
No Voldemort 😭😭😭 he’s my second fav character and there’s not much mercy of him, but I can understand why most people wouldn’t want to receive the villain in an advent calendar lol
