The Universal globe sparkles in the sunlight as we enter the park. Over in French quarter courtyard we met the Mardi Gras King and Queen... the parade started at Mel's drive-in and swings around the Transformers ride... beads were thrown by the handfuls from the floats as guests caught those throws... the King and Queen stilt walkers were followed by the King Gator float to conclude the parade. Over in Harry Potter's Diagon Alley on top of the Gringotts bank the Ironbelly dragon growled as FLAMES lit up the nighttime sky with a huge flame burst and the closer you were the more you felt the heat! We pass beside King's Cross station on our way out of the park to wrap up a fabulous night.
