Alejandra, Paige and Roman give their reaction to Harry Styles' Performance of Sign of the Times on the Graham Norton Show. Our Instagram: www.instagram....
Am I the only one who thinks that Harry got really emotional at the end and had tears in his eyes (when he was chuckling when the song ended)? Just curious if anyone else agrees or thinks its just the lighting. He has said the song makes him emotional
It was because, it was the first time he sang this song live and did the high notes, when the song debuted and he performed it live for the first time, his voice cracked at all the high notes and he was really disappointed in himself and this kind of made up for it ig
Once you understand all the lyrics, it becomes hard not to cry. Sure you can understand the surface level, but once you dig deeper this becomes a really, really emotional song.
His parents and a friend were in the audience and the audience had linked arm and were swaying from side to side, that's why he would smile from time to time.
Can you react to his album! It's relatively short with only 10 songs so most reactors have been able to make 15-20 minute videos so it won't be too long!
To The Tide Pool: You guys, I LOVE you! This is the 2nd of this series that I've watched but it's only my 1st comment. The 1st one was Kiwi and I hee-haw'd so many times while on so many different levels as the three of you ushered me through your own personal feelings while watching and hearing our young Harold's new music. I am one of the one's you spoke of there in that I've been on board the Harry bus as well as the 1D fandom train for a long time now and have known and been very partial to the mystical, magical Stylings of Harry Styles. He amazed me the moment I first heard him, I believe it was Drag Me Down, with not only his fearless wailing and scale-running, belt-out of a voice but also with his perky, bouncy, sexy, gorgeous, infectious energies and vibes that literally spilled out of him and onto, into anyone watching. Then after watching some concert footage things got serious. He was cute enough in the DMD video and I'd seen bits and bobs of some of the band's earlier recordings where "adorable Harry" caught the eyes of well, of everyone. They all did, omg they were so tiny and young, by all means if you haven't already done so, go and watch ALL of the different weekly video diaries from the time during the XFactor contest. Baby Harry is f'n adorable, so innocent and some of the things that pop right out of his precious little mouth will just slay you and you'll be, well, you'll be shooketh. Things like when they're answering a fan question asking if they play any instruments and Harry says ever so seriously "I'm quite handy with a kazoo." Bless his adorable little heart. Through these video diaries you not only get to know Harry but each of the other boys as well, they're hopes and dreams, what scares them or makes them cry, so many personal walls fall down right in front of you that, just because you weren't there in the beginning times does in no way mean the whole 1D fandom experience has past you by. Its there in those diaries that the boys walk straight into your heart and they never leave and you'll be just fine with that. I didn't mean to write a book here but they really are something special, and as with all of us fans, part of being a true fan is this crazy souped-up passion to not only be a fan yourself but to share how and who and why with as many as will listen, its kind of like Jesus and the boys speading the Gospel, the 1D lads become someone you want everyone to know about. They are so much more than a boy band and the world NEEDS to know. They're good and they're kind and they're real and there's no question is it sincere. There's no bottle popping or floor dropping or stripper worship, no raining. There's only love and friendship and honesty and some really good music along the way. They sew happiness seeds and they spead real joy by just being themselves wherever they are no matter how big or how small they are within the music world. Best part about me is that I am no teenager, I passed that milestone a LONG time ago but was I any less affected hook, line, and sinker? Hellz no, yo! And Hazza, well he just sails through different phases of beautiful while you do your very best to simply maintain composure. I never ever thought myself a cougar because I never acted my proper age, still don't. Now I suppose I'm cougared by default though but he is so pretty and so infectious that there is not a female on this planet he won't affect, heck its not limited to females or males, I'm thinking dogs and cats, mice, lemurs, giraffes, pot-bellied pigs, the whole lot of living creatures on this planet cannot evade his magical charms. Add things like the different beauty stages and you're done fer, lol. There's baby Harry, omg the voice, the sweetness, the hair, he is adorable and 16. 17 year old Harry shows up and its like somebody fed him a whole barrell of holy shit he's hot sauce because holy shit, he is hot! And it just compounds from there. There is also the music. I love Little Things, omg yep. Ready To Run, You and I, Summer Love, Half A Heart, god I love that one. Ok, the video of Midnight Memories Live during the Xfactor Finals, get ready to creme your jeans, yeh, you'll know, I don't even have to tell you. And I'm thinking that's a good start. You'll be off and running on your own from that point. Nobody will have to tell you to watch this or listen to that. Welcome to the final show, clothes, who cares about clothes. Its about happiness and silly giggling and good vibarations, thank you Beach Boys, and joy joy joy. My favorite line about Hazza that i firmly stand by any day any time is that he is dopamine in suede boots. The lot of them together whether it be with 5 or later with only 4, they melt you and pour you back up all smiles and cheer and fun and love and the best hugs ever. Welcome to the family of love. I really hope I haven't done any overstepping here especially by the length of this comment. I play hell on twitter trying to convey my thoughts in whatever the character count is, omg, I can be a talker, lol, you're like nooooo? Really? ha!
thank you. you guys are very good at this, very positive. i think his smile at the end is because his first performance was at SNL and he was so nervous he failed and was very upset
I think he didn’t have the best performance of the song on a show a little before he did this one, he didn’t hit his notes right or something so it brought him down. I think he’s smiling cuz he’s relieved and happy with the show he just put on. Love u hazza ♥️
he was smiling because he was proud of himself cause it was hos scnd time on stage by only himself (first he was with 1D on stage now alone) and he kind of failed his performance before but this time he knew he smashed it
new subscriber cause I love you guys already. Great reaction, and the one when he's performing in the pink coat, it's a new song called Carolina off his album. it's really good, you guys should react to it
If you understand how hard, nearly impossible it is to hit those notes at the end. You would be able to understand why he was laughing and crying. You would understand how he felt after performing such a song. It a masterpiece from #Harry_Styles
@@fiandpete Hmmm, that could be the case. But given the tone of the voice remaining the same, the way he says "we got to" sounds the same throughout the song. and this isnt the first nor the last time he has sung this song. and being from one direction where there rarely used backing vocals and everyone putting an emphesis on singing authentically live. It would be hard and kindof weird that he used a back up singer for this one performance. he also failed to sing that part sometimes live during this period. As teh sound guy at my church ive been mixing live music for a decade now and dont believe that this was faked. was this song edited later on, probably yes. was he truly singing those high notes also yes.
I’m pretty sure he was crying at the end because the time he performed that song before was the first time and he didn’t hit the high note and he was really happy he got it I’m not 100% sure correct me if I’m wrong :)
React to his other live performances, for example Carolina on the Today Show. x And the live performance of Stockholm Syndrome on the Today Show (it's a 1D song that Harry wrote). :D
and the song is based in a mother who just gave birth and the mother is dying and hasnt got long left and is talking to her child which makes me wanna cry tbh lol
