The sheriff opened graduation ceremony by slowly walking to the stage, pounding his staff a few times and then belting out a opening line. The assembled crowd went nuts. I knew to shoot a video when I saw him get up again to close the ceremony. Hard to see his face, but he looks like he is from another era altogether.
