Are they really though? I graduated with a Bachelors in Physics and a minor in mathematics in May of 2021. I currently make 96k working as an industrial physicist, with goals of doing my PhD next fall. It’s statistically shown that college graduates earn more over a lifetime, vs non degree holders. This isn’t true for every single degree holder obviously, but on the macro scale it still holds true.

It really depends on what the degree is, a degree in say Art History doesn’t open as many door as a degree in Physics.

I had 7 employees who worked for me, they all had their degree. I had a GED. Hmmmm. Drive and ambition are more important. And made $83k a year Josh..
