A perfect flow with fox, cornucopia and you! This Harvest Moon morning began with ceremonial cacao, bare feet on earth in the near darkness, a doe approached and hung out with me as Father Sky painted himself subtle pinks and news arrived that my niece Petra Bloom was born early on the Harvest Moon. Magical. ✨🌕✨

My inner child loves your yoga sessions 💕 and I love the readings at the end. I’ve never been a spiritual person but these sessions feel like a spiritual practice for me 🙏✨🍁

Perfect fall flow. I love how you weave whimsical touches in to the flow that just make it really special and honestly spark joy in me with the movement. As a literature major, I also adore the poetry. 🍁🍄🍂🐿️

I absolutely love these slow flows. They are perfect to do any time of day. The opening & closing of this session was beautiful, it allowed me to unwind & really connect. Reaping wheat was the neatest new move for me. I was so excited about it that I had to show my husband "my new cool yoga move I learned". I just love it! It flowed so effortlessly with my breath during the session and made me feel powerful at the same time - like a super hero landing or something haha!! Then, the barn owl move after - what beautiful pairing! I truly loved this session so much, that I came back to do it again today! Happy full moon and happy harvest too! 😂 I’m so glad no one was there to witness me trying cornucopia! I guess by body is not ready for that one so I switched to sphinx but it’s always fun to try new poses. You seem to always have poses I haven’t tried before. I absolutely loved this one!

Thankyou 😊 that was an amazing practice. I practiced facing the bedroom window with the full moon directly outside. Very magical! I've done a cleanse of my space today followed by a palo Santo stick cleanse and finishing with this amazing practice. The intention was perfect for me and I truly needed the heart openers. The goodbye at the end was like a release to something that is no longer serving me. Perfect balance and very relaxing 😌 haven't felt that relaxed in a long time! Namaste ❤
