In this video I finally got to harvest my peanuts, get them cured and roasted 2 ways. First in the oven and second in a pan. If you like a salty peanut pan roasted with a touch of oil worked best for me but if you are looking for long term preservation its probably best to leave them in the shell and roast in the oven.
