For real! I said to my acc group before the price was announced that i'm ready to pay 20€, because kunos always gets the tracks right, and it's a very long circuit, so lots of work for them. Tbh we was all very surprised to see the track at 13€. Very nice from kunos.
2:17 that is a valuable bit of information. I was not aware of it and kept doing the entire lap as warmup before practice for getting the track medals. Thanks for that!
My first couple laps I setup the time for right before sunset with a fast time scaling. My mouth was agape when the Sun started setting. I've raced the Nordschleife in almost every game is included in, and this is by far the best version available. More than worth the price of entry. Really going to be the only track I need on ACC.
Turned out to be a great way to celebrate and enjoy the arrival of my 57" Neo G9 this week... Ive combined it with the Tobii Tracker 5 and using it with opentrack software. Just a brilliant combo to experience this awesome track on a large 8K resolution 32:9 display thats right in your face with no borders.
I have the same monitor and use it solely for racing! Shame I can't get 4K @240Hz so often switch to 1440p to get the higher refresh rate but not sure if it's "that" much better. Enjoy it and this DLC, is a great combination.
I was F5ing the page until it was available. In my timezone it was 9pm when it was released... Man it was amazing. I went to bed a little bit too late.
I just came back home from driving the Nordschleife IRL this weekend. Kunos nailed it pretty okay, Laserscan should be from 2023. Just way too many trees, i guess for ressource saving. And the Campsites around the track look way to much like copy paste IMO. But the Track as such, the flow and feel... well done Kunos
I like the and would buy all this DLC and throughly enjoy it but for one thing. A few of us spent months when the original AC came out lobbying the dev to add thumb stick gas/brake for those of us with difficulty using triggers on consoles, which to be fair, they did. However they decided , for no logical reason, to remove that option from ACC and point blank refuse to add it. So my money stays in my pocket. It’s so frustrating to be boxed out of this for such a silly reason.
It looks so much better than Nordschleife in AC. The length or corners also seems more realistic than the one in AC. In AC, I often feel certain corners are longer than what they should be. Can't wait for it to come to the console!
I have driven the Toyota Racing GR010 Hybrid non stop in AC Nordschleife. Now I drove 5hrs straight on the BMW M4 GT3 and my arms are sore today. I wish they added the Toyota Racing GR010 Hybrid in ACC too. Or any LMP3 cars to boot.
As cool as other car types in this game engine would be - it’s only for the SRO series so we won’t ever have LMP3 or LMH/LMHd. Hopefully AC 2 (AC Evo I think they said today) will have some cool choices
I have to say that the track side, is impressive. Really close to my 24h experience of 2017 and 2023. But like you have say, trees are way to present. Having the same off track experience on iRacing, would be the perfect representation of the 24h of Nürburgring .
WOOOW CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK FROM VACATION TO DOWNLOAD IT !!!!! 50 slot is really good !!! But does it count for every circuit or just the NBRNG 24H track ?
I have this game on my PC and PS5. It is too much for my PC on triples, but on single screen it is okay. I just don't play it much. I was happy that they both work fine with my Fanatec GT DD and inverted pedals. I have really split my time between GT7 with my friends, ATS for solo play, some EA Sports WRC in a club and that is about it. I think as the weather warms up I will have a little more time and I can do a little bit, but I am not sure about buying more DLC this year. Good show today.
@@giogamer4825I picked up my first ever pc today, mainly because I wanted to join the pc community for acc, I've not had a lot of experience with my gt dd pro as I've only had it a few months playing on ps5 , but once I worked out how to get my wheel working properly on the pc ( because I'm a noob😂) and only a few laps I've had on it to test the difference, there's definitely more of a smoothness feel to it, and taken away the rough edges to the wheel that I wasn't sure if that's how it was meant to be like as it's my first dd drive wheel. It could be as simple as just downloaded the latest firmware that's made it feel better as I just plugged and played on ps5. If I remember I will give u more of an update wen I play around more with it on my pc.
Everyone complaining its 12,99 dolars gotta realise the brits pay 10 pounds yet still europeans pay €13 even thos the euro is significantly more worth than a dolar and is even closer to the pound, we all got ripped off
purchessed the game and the track, I already had the track on acc std edition, after playing both versions yes this map/track is more like the real thing in looks but which drives better, i think the std is better because its faster, just seems the cars feel slow in new version although my times remain the same
Still no right stick? Seems ACC knows what it is. A game. Best setups are based on exploits, not car physics. If they allowed controller to remap and exploit also....
@@T.K.9 same I love ripping every manual car I can download on this track but it’s all track day servers unless I set up a race with the NPC in solo lol
I hate the new ACC Nordschleife because it got me hooked, all I want to do is race there until I get it right but I probably never will, so I'll be stuck at the Nordschleife until I'm old and senile and live in an old peoples home.
The driving experience is simply amazing, probably beats any other sim. The only downside is the inclusion of the GP track, which is a steaming pile of shit. But I guess it makes sense because it's the 24h layout.
$12.99 for one track seems a little to steep. No cars or at least some liveries is disappointing. I'm a AMS2 fanboy anyway i sim race in VR only and its not possible in ACC for me..
some Alpine liveries were added apparently. personally I didn't even check. 12 bucks for THIS track is perfectly fine imo. Other tracks I would say are worth around 10 bucks imo. Basically the reason I didn't buy GT2. I want Red Bull Ring so much, but its the only thing I want making the GT2 class useless to me, I will never play it. 17 bucks for a single track at that point is a kick in the testies...
They put in too many trees, with the wrong shape and in the wrong position. Same for the tents that are very repetitive, always the same model of tent. All in all despite the high level of accuracy of the tarmac and kerbs and other details within the guardrails everything else is not so good. Someway driving this version feels less similar to reality compared to the old AC version, it feels like being in a tunnel of trees and the real circuit doesn't feel that way everywhere. And there is no wet line as well, like for all the other circuits on ACC. The hype was big but they underdelivered.
@@justpostedagain thanks, plug and play X box newbie here…. With computer gaming I could also buy ‘mods’….and ‘skins’ of tracks…but not changing over from Apple to race. Cheers!
@@wiegraf9009 not a deal braker but it ruins the n24 vibe. I am a very big n24 fan and seeing the gtwc liveries without stuff like the blue strobe light specific to sp9 cars and the right paint schemes scratches my brain.
I thought it about too, but this is mainly due to FOV. In VR e.g. the scale appears more realistic. All tracks feels much wider in reality in that sense. -Michel
buy a 7800x3d/7950x3d for ACC and instead of 50 fps at cpu bound at start you ll have 100fps or more if you see some test this game, love 3d vcache a 7800x3d will be 50-70% faster than a top intel cpu
Definitely not steep for this long of a circuit that has been laserscanned and recreated to perfection. The devs have earned their payday for how well they nailed this. go buy it and enjoy, it's incredible.
Going to be a hard pass for me. Just no interest in a place like this for actual racing. Fine for time trial i guess. Will watch yt videos to see if any good racing is actually produced.
GT7 >>>>> ACC GT7 is a hardcore sim , ACC is an arcade fake game ACC can't even make the slip angel properly' if you drive on kerbs in ACC you will fucked up
kind of late on the april fools XD there's a reason why acc is considered a simulator, and gt7 is considered a game by 99% of the sim racing community.
Its a very long track and iracing proves that simracers are more than willing to pay a fair price for quality content. getting the vln/24h layout costs $30 in iracing. there arent a lot of laser scanned nordschleife tracks in simracing, if i recall correctly, its only iracing, rfactor 2 and now acc who have a laserscanned version of this track. the rfactor 2 nordschleife also costs 12€, so literally all laser scanned versions in all of simracing cost a fair bag of money. any other version of the nordschleife you have driven is not a laser scanned one and therefore a far less accurate version of the track.
@@gunner_0913 actually I feel free to do and play the f*** I want! And broke?Nope! If I was dumb enough to pay 13$ for just one single track, yeah I would might be broke and still living on my parents basement!!!But thats pretty far away from my case 😂 And "pay the devs what they deserve bla bla bla" did that, buying AC and ACC and all DLC´s
@@guido69x cool man. If you ever actually try the track let me know what you think. Cus ive tried the Nord on all other sims and this one takes the cake. Well worth the cost of some takeaways lol
@@gunner_0913 I rather preffer to pay the double of the cost of the track on the game and ride on the real one in real life instead, and I tell you theres no Sim better than that ,the real deal takes the cake and the rest of the buffet 😂
@@JoeFiddle-ls5jh i heard that just before jann could get in the car, he had to drive some iracing or raceroom laps to get a taste at how a car actually handles. But i also heard this online and it may be wrong. However what i know it's not wrong is that acc is a full sim that gives a fuck if you like the driving or not, it's all about realism, while gt7 adapted its physics to suit controllers.
