I think this map is for older version. Oh btw the only old map mod 'Ultimate Test Terrain' and 'Autumn Drive' still survived to this day.

I think map builder forgot to put the texture files with the map itself and these files are in the map uploader's pc

I'm creating a map and i had these kind of issues when i upgraded my laptop. This game got a terrain texture update once but this shouldn't cause issues.

Try clearing your cache (go to the the launcher, click support tools, then click clear cache)

I think the map you are on is an old map anyway so the textures might not work anymore
