Congratulations on the growth of your channel. I remember when you started sharing your YT stats just after you went full time that your income was only a tenth of what you earned in 2023. Looks like all your hard word is paying off. Bringing in Berdo is a master stroke. Great work and congratulations again. 👍
Your content is just awesome probably a little stressful because you’re getting so big and that’s only because you put the hard-working editing is awesome. You’re definitely a person why people like you
I like the authenticity of your channel and the "chill" nature you carry yourself with, most times. I wish you nothing but the best. BEWARE TICKS AND LEACHES....
Hahaha Those bloopers at the end are so bloody relatable mate. "Budda budda boom." Great video, I always find these break downs super interesting as someone who is growing their own channel. Very motivational and encouraging. Even when it's so much work, you still love it. You finally understand why people who really enjoy their jobs have such high work ethics. It all makes sense when you work out what your passion is.
The reason your build videos do so well is you teach us so much. I know nothing about cars and you have taught me so much. Can’t wait to see what’s next
Thanks for sharing your reflections on the year gone by, you and your extended family achieved a lot! Life is hard, it’s stressful, but you’re doing a great job juggling all you do and being a constant for your family. As you said, just stick to your passions and reflect often, probably the best way to stay focused and to remain positive. Looking forward to another year of adventures with you all 😊
Keep doing what you're doing mate, and if you do start to feel the pressure, just forget your cameras on a couple of trips and chill out. Too many good people walk away from their channels because they try doing too much and it takes its toll on them. Your fans will still be there. 👍
Im a newcastle boy. I am so glad to see one of our own out there in the youtube world 4wding. Congradulations on your success and im "eager to see more in 2024"
Kudos for your transparency and total respect for the way you run this as a business. Looking forward to all of your 2024 content. Cheers and thanks. Your content is what gets me out there!
While I'm more a tourer myself, I do appreciate the evolution of your channel. You gotta do what you're passionate about and be true to yourself. Otherwise you just don't enjoy it. Congratulation on the continuing success of your channel and appreciate all the efforts you put in. Looking forward to seeing more Landcruiser build, and to see what new vehicle you bought. Congratulations.
What I like about your channel is that you are an ordinary guy who is still learning whether it be wheeling and camping or the mechanical work. Plus you have a good mix of your wheeling vids's, all out tough tracks, moderate to hard with the lads then your family focused vids. Its a great balance and provides something for everyone. Keep up the great work. BTW from the first time you had Burto on the channel I knew he would end up on it. He's a good laugh and knowledgeable mechanic.
I remember when I first subbed it was just you and the little fella in the Nav, so happy to see how far you've come and I wish you nothing but happiness my man! RU-vid can be stressful, but you guys really do bring a good positive vibe into peoples lives with your show! big ups :)
Absolutely loving your content and merchandise too! I really love seeing your dad off road with you. I lost my dad a few years ago, and I miss these kinds of times with him. Cherish every second with your dad.
Well done on everything mate. You (and a couple of other channels) inspired me to start my own RU-vid channel. Your dedication to it all is unreal, hats off to you Tyler. Keep it up 😀
Well done Tyler. You've done an excellent job with the channel. Nothing better than a manual diesel in the bush and Pete out drives everyone in his GU beast. Enjoy the new 300 series. Thanks for all the content
The variety of your content is why I keep coming back, time and time again. Even the update videos are a good watch. Ill watch whatever you post while ever you're doing what you like - happens to be what I like too
Saw you drive past our camp on Monument track near Craig’s hut mate 👍 Been subscribed since your first touring trip with Kai and the black Nav, good to see your channel growth mate! Keep keeping it honest and real 🤙
We feel you're one of the few that explains how little is earned via just RU-vid itself, & how valued both sponsors & Patreons are. We've really enjoyed seeing you do what you do as a family - a trip to WA would be amazing because there's so much to see that is different & New for us East Coast folk. Keep doing what you're doing with added Burto - he's the secret sauce now haha! 🙏✌️👌
Hi from NZ, I personally really enjoy all your content your filming. One thing I really enjoy watching is a good cooking segment at camp, It gives me ideas for when I go out as I need to have good food when I'm out camping. Keep up the good work can't wait for more from your RU-vid channel 2024.
Certainly, one of my favorite channels. You guys are so relatable and fun to watch. If you ever think that you are stressed, think of all the people who love watching. ❤ Cheers!
Great transparent view on your work and life. Really most of it is no ones business, but at same time its a great insight to others thinking of doing similar. Great builds and touring vids. I have been following since them early nav days and still enjoy the variety. The desert trip was definitely a highlight. Looking forward to the vids and builds this year.
Congrats guy’s.. personally I like how you include the family..lots of great content in 2023 looking forward to what’s coming up in 2024 keep the awesome content coming guys
To be honest I didn't think much of Roberto when he first started appearing on your channel but he is growing on me. He's getting more comfortable on the camera and more relaxed. He's a good addition
Your honesty is refreshing. I hope it continues to be successful. Love the courage to continue your journey. I think your doing the right thing and trying to find a balance.
Trust you guys had an awesome festive season...... Do what you guys do, it works. When you stop loving what you guys do, what's the point then. Thanks for the share, have a good one 🤙👍
Congratulations Tyler and all your helpers on your RU-vid journey so far. So many people watch enjoy and love the content you create each week. There will always be knockers/haters out there, sure things go wrong but you carry on and make the best of the situation. That's life. Keep up the GREAT work.
come a long way mate from the early days. given a lot of inspiration to us followers, shouldn't have to justify what you present TT. Look forward to ALL your upcoming content! best wishes dude🤘
The Touring and Builds are the way i keep subscribed soley for the build episodes starting with the GU but end up watching the touring episodes anyway other channels dont have the correct balance but you do
Congrat's on the channel, doing well. Don't let the BS get to you, you wouldn't have this many followers if it wasn't any good. Love the work you put up. Can't wait to see the 80 finished. Love the older builds. GU myself. Keep up the good work.
Great update guys! You are going the right way in developing your channel. It definitely looks like you are following your life as you move forward and changing to adopt… will be interesting to see the build when you retire… 4wd wheel chair with a turbo Barra, reduction gears and automatic adult nappy changer!
awesome. as i've said before i love the family content aspect, it's your point of difference. Your TB48 stuff helped get me into a TB48 chopped earlier 2023. I have two other diesels including a SAS'd D40 running GQ diffs RCV axles etc. I appreciate your comments re the TB48 offroad, but i run 4.1 ratios and 85% reductions with the RE5 auto and it's Diesel like offroad - and you don;t have a turbo to spool - i'm really enjoying it.
Perfectly said Tyler, your channel is a huge success and well done on what you’ve achieved! Still my favourite channel of all time. All the best for 2024!
This is awesome insight into things most aren't comfortable sharing. Thanks for doing so, and great to see you continue to grow! I first found you a few years ago searching for vids about a track I was about to do and wanted to know if my new, stock Prado could handle it. I enjoyed the calm vibes and focus on nature of these early videos of yours, so I subscribed.
You’re doing a top job. Entertainment value is awesome and now with Burto in the mix, a good laugh is always there to be had. Keep up the good work and best of luck to all of you😊.
Great vid, keep trucking mate. Its a beautiful thing to see how this has grown over a relatively short period of time. Its bloody awesome to go back and watch your earlier stuff! Stay healthy and all the best to you and your family for 2024.
Winter 1000 dollar track...mmmm..the river will be you're issue there, but yes, certainly a challenge to do in winter and you'll need to pick a couple dryish west coast days/weeks, if there's such a thing!
Bang out the best video's on RU-vid. The first video I watched was the review on your first black nav back in the day. Our family have enjoyed the ride. Thanks mate.
your strength with the channel has always been staying honest, open and true to yourself...keep doing what you love and the channel will only grow....thank you for sharing....ps think i passed Berto a few times driving VHC so looking forward to that series.
Been watching since the days of the black Navara. Been great to see your channel grow. Completely appreciate and understand what you do and go through to run the channel. I can barely be stuffed posting a pic to Instagram every 2nd week 😂😂
It's a well polished setup you have going on! And incredible that you continue to be so open and honest with things others shy away from like actual revenue and lifestyle etc. People will always complain if given an avenue to do so, but the proof is in the pudding with your growth and fan base. It would be hard to ignore the small group of haters but honestly, as the majority say, keep doing what you're doing.
100% continue doing what you are doing! You are living the dream, anything good is hard work, no need to justify to anyone, it's one thing I find weird about RU-vid! You are doing what you love and running a business. I'm all for sponsorship and people find out sooner or later who has good or bad who is genuine! Personally I prefer the GQ content over the Nav! Just keep working hard and doing what ya do, awesome Burto is on the channel also that's a great difference to other channels and def adds to the channel as does Demi and family, now just get ya Dad a more capable vehicle! Maybe engine swap the GU to a TD crate engine and put him in that, the MUX is great for what it is but love to see him be able to do more on the trails with you guys! Interested in what 24 you are getting! Also imo I don't think you need to always add more builds to grow your channel, the GQs and Barra 80 will always provide great build content, jmo again I feel like there is YT pressure to keep up with the Jones and again personally it's not why I follow your channel there is plenty out there already chasing rainbows on the latest models! I prefer seeing the real vehicles myself. Looking fwd to 24 from you guys, esp the 80 completion and Cape York! Arnhem land would be great one day too? Cheers for all you do guys! I try to support the coys that support you, eg spent 5k on Superior last year,,🤘👍
It’s never a week without watching your video, I watched from the get go, you and Demy are the best two to watch, I love the inter action, it’s so natural, even my wife loves watching where and what you guys do together, how ever you make you money I’m glad you are able to do what you do, keep up the work, I maybe back in Oz this year, hope to catch you out there touring around, all the best for 2024 and many years to come.
Great episode mate, stay strong on your values and you don't have to justify anything. The numpties will soon move on and annoy the next person. Be proud of your achievements and keep up the great work 👍🙂
You're doing a bloody good job mate. Burto is an absolute weapon and really good for the channel. Keep doing you man, everyone likes the content and if they done buck em...🤘
Doing RU-vid content isn’t for everyone but your channel has always been top shelf videos, shows the commitment you put in, also you have a large following which speaks for itself 🤙🏽 Keep up the good work mate Make sure you get a break 🍻
Wishing you and everyone a happy and prosperous 2024, I reckon keep editing yourself even though it's time consuming it's your video. I like the filming and angles on the trails. Looking forward to the 80 build episodes.
Hey Tyler, Just want to say you are so honest in your appraisal to what you do... Your commitment and love for your family/business comes shinning through in the form of your content you provide. Yes your channel has evolved into much bigger and better things. I'm just starting out and I love hearing the ups and downs of being a you tuber. Keep your chin up mate and all the best for 24. Looking forward to the next project/trip. Cheers.👍
TT dont stop wat u r doing mate. hard tracks touring family n everything in between is all gud. dont loose ur honesty n openness bout everything mate. in the youtube/social media world thats a rare commodity u have. Burto, out of the ball park decision. looking forward to 2024.
You guys are doing a cracking job mate, 2023 was a great watch can wait to see what is in store for 2024 Would love to see another trip same format as the Simpson but on the Canning while you are planning the future. The dynamic of the crew was awesome 👍 The Cape with the crew will be a great watch, can’t wait Have a great year and if you can’t get a vid out each week don’t stress, we will still be here waiting to watch 😎
Consider doing the tracks and dunes around Esperance, Cape Arid, Israelite Bay. Hardly any utubers go there and it is one hell of an area that can produce vastly different content to the usual creek crossings, hills, etc.
