Harkles are not truly philanthropic, they're Grifters that try to grift everyone until they're broke. Unlike Prince and Princess of Wales, they truly philanthropic, classy, dignified, uppity, charitable, and do their job via charity. That's what Royals do, they work for people, they support the citizens of UK/Briten. Everything that real Royals do is for their people, and they do it with dignity, respect, and kindness. (Harry is not part of their group and they need to cut him loose. He is an embarrassing to humanity).

As part of a military family my family and I feel their participation in the games is self-serving. Why the games are putting up with this nonsense is beyond belief. The money that is spent on clothing transportation hotels I hope is out of their pockets. The veterans need every penny of the donations. I'm saddened that the games have stupped so low to allow these two to continue to tarnish what these games and donations are all about. Very sad indeed.

It's too bad they didn't bother to wear any Invictus apparel. They spent less than 3 days - only one in Whistler and they had a cold weather wardrobe fit for the Arctic. In Vancouver, the weather was mild and sunny. Sad that it is all being paid for by us, Canadian taxpayers, via Invictus.

As an Australian who was very happy to discover her family roots in Sussex going back generations, visiting there twice, first time with my son on what turned out to be the worst flooding they’d experienced for years, I hate what they’ve done to the people of Sussex who’ve lived here for generations too or just moved for a sea or tree change or whose families came from there. Haz won’t know this and she won’t care but in the State of California, you can’t just begin using some other surname, you must petition the court, provide documentation or other evidence, and obtain a court order to change a surname. It is ILLEGAL to simply begin using some new surname even if you’re a Duke or a Prince of some other nation.

No, it is not illegal in the United States to use an “alias” . You can informally adopt a different last name without legal proceedings. You can introduce yourself by a different name, but this doesn’t change your legal identity, and any ID cards and papers you sign using your alias name would not be legal.

Multiple British solicitors have reported that it is illegal to use titles for business purposes, yet the rebranded Archetypes website states the goals are "business" and philanthropy. Given their flagrant admission and violation, it is time for Parliament to act to remove the titles, as well as Harry and his children from the line of succession.

@@susieqsevenable While the couple has frequently crossed the line when it comes to their utter disregard for fair play, good taste, respect, common sense, kindness, self-awareness, and human decency, they have managed to not actually break the law, as far as we know. Perhaps this time will be viewed differently and action will be taken...to at least make them change the violation in their rebranded website, if not for the rest. In his recent U.S. Invictus interview, Harry mentioned considering someday possibly applying for U.S. citizenship. That would require him to renounce his British titles 👍, but I'm not sure he would even qualify for citizenship, given his prior admission of illegal drug use. We shall have to wait and see how their latest misstep plays out...but we can hope.

Dear River, I'm not British, never been to the UK and I must confess I'm an old pear, or someone might say, so old I'm well past my shelf date. But, I respect and love the way you defend your traditions and heritage. I was brought up around the world - daddy and stepdad's fault because of their work - but never in England. I craved to go to the roaring London in the sixties, I adopted Mary Quaint's miniskirt timidly making mine a little longer Ha ha, the Beatles and all over the world we followed the British fashion for men, loved your textiles and manners. I totally agree with you in that now, unfortunately, your society is following in the steps of extreme, nonsensical and destructive wokery. It is destroying, not building societies. Instead of unifying, it disintegrates. People do not feel identified in their societies, they don't at all. It's such a pity. I hope it won't take too long to stop.

Oh, that's a good one! I do think Meghan believed that by marrying Harry, she had a great chance of becoming Queen. That is why she is so jealous of Princess Catherine. I'm a 4th generation native Texan, USA (almost 73 years old), and I totally AGREE, River, with the sorry state of the U.S. television stations and their purported news! With the reversal of the oversight laws and the government approval of corporate mergers that have left our entire country's news in the hands of just a few conglomerates, it has left the public getting the same news (slanted to the corporation's political stance) across all the stations. Pitiful is an understatement at best, and verging on dictatorship at worst. The blame falls on both of our political parties for voting to allow this to happen. I am truly ashamed of what my country has become, and terrified of what it could become. Our illustrious Edward R. Murrow must be turning over in his grave. I am relying more and more on British news providers for in-depth and unbiased news.

All of the grandchildren of Elizabeth and Philip are Mountbatten-Windsor, so is Harold, he hasn't legally changed his name, or the name of his children, it is another way to try to compete with Prince William and Princess Catherine who with their children are often colloquially refereed to as 'the Wales' family.

I just don't understand why some people take everything they are told on social media as gospel. They should be doing some research on their own. It doesn't take that long. So many people seem to be lazy and just plain gullible. If one listens carefully, one can tell right away that AI is being used and that a computer is doing the talking. Those in the industry say it is because when people tune in they want to hear the interesting stuff quickly… so they repeat it frequently for each set of new listeners. That is a perfect microcosm for the US. Everyone expects everything at their personal convenience, so producers would rather have repetitive programs than, God forbid, make people wait to hear something.

BBC is almost as bad, for “news” anyway, but they do have good streaming programs, BritBox and Acorn, agree with Sky Watch in Aussie land for somewhat better coverage; in our defense, we still do have PBS, not totally corporate-ruled yet,, but news media sucks pretty much worldwide…

I stopped watching ABC years ago. They are so bias and left wing. Anyone would know that any other title that Lady Louise is bestowed would NEVER be Sussex!!! That title is so tarnished!!!
