Paul’s team were intent upon calling William and Harry to the stand when the late Queen got involved. The case got settled much to Charles’ chagrin, they couldn’t get the jewelry, artifacts had already been sold in New York but they did get back the childhood pictures, many were bathtub pictures, things Diana WOULD NEVER have left her butler. The Queen’s settling it has allowed Burrell to still traipse around like he’s so innocent when the case was stopped, not that there wasn’t plenty of proof that he was siphoning off Diana’s belongings to benefit himself. That was an egregious case yet HMTQ showed settling was preferable to publicity continuing. Same with Andrew, getting HIM to settle makes him look guilty when there truly was no evidence, just ugly publicity. Why would she be for HARRY continuing making such a fool of himself in his efforts to get that 1M that William got?

Some vague parameters may have been agreed for the Andrew interview, but the questions and answers were not pre agreed and rehearsed. The Andrew interview was a real interview, as opposed to the "infomercials" that H&M engage in to promote their brand, with Harkle friendly 'journalists'.

A lot of people have had their eyes opened to Diana's imperfections. I do believe that she went a bit off the rails, not in a narcissistic way like Meghan, but I think some of her actions and revenge against Charles and the RF caused the spiral of sad events. Harry needs to confront the truths and not play on Diana's legend.
