@@maneshipocrates2264 well the misses are a result of injuries. Nkunku is a phenomenal player the world has forgotten about. When that man is fully fit the world will attest to this. Wait and see!
@@maneshipocrates2264 Fair point just that they are related you know. The misses were aplenty because of the quality of the finishers available. Had all been fit the poor finishers would not all play
@pistachiocroissants yes. But the drop off exists as well. Nkunku is miles better than Jackson but Jackson needed to step in. imagine if Cole Palmer got injured as well, can anyone on the bench play as well as he can? I highly doubt it.
@@doloreslaflipoflopo2746 his behaviour, his divorce with his wife spilling into the dressing room. accept tuchel is never returning, he has poor people skills
U are still selfish, coz one bad game, and many mf idiots will turn the tables soon.. and for all the hate u guys have shown towards jackson.. and what u are showing towards enzo now.. imagine jackson taking all the penalties palmer took,he would have had 23 goals by now in pl.. no matter what the result is,support the team and the players..
Yes! And he had from the start.... We always created massive chances that even a leaking defence wouldn't have been a problem if we consistently converted. He's a great coach. Let's trust in him.
Facts man how many games did we loose or draw this season and we finished with way more chances and possession then the other team it’s the same with Jackson in delighted the fans are starting to back him
I think attacking wise they are good probably need a solid number 9 but defensively they’re still really poor, they need a leader now Thiago silva is going it’s a very young squad. Poch is defo making progress tho
@@ikbevexcept for silva no other seems like premier leagye top 6 level player , they need a solid imposing experinced CB , maybe disasi and fofana will leave
I’d keep Chalobah and pair him with a top level CB. IMO having that rock at the back that prevents stupid mistakes that lead to goals would see Chelsea in the top 4. So many dumb goals conceded this season that cost points
Every team need to understand that they need each other when playing against any opposing team. When Chelsea started this season their players were mostly playing individual runs more than team play but now they get the memo that when we play as a team it provides better result. Great squad, bright future.
The eye test sez it all. Watching Chelsea last season was downright painful. Now they can be a joy to behold. Consistency will be take time, but it even that has started to improve. KTBFFH!
Actually, the moment Chelsea already improve was after Carabao Cup final. That's my POV. I can see that they can be dangerous team next season if all of their player stay fits & consistent gameplay every week.
He did improve Chelsea compared to last season I imagined the progress to be from conference league to Europa League,to champions league and then title contenders I expected the transformation to take 4 or 5 years If Chelsea makes the Europa League then it will be an improvement If they end up in conference league it won't be good but not too bad compared to last season The only thing am happy with this season is the fact that we are now scoring goals Unlike like season that we almost can't score
The guy with the glasses (forgot his name) has probably been the best pundit for the last year or so. Always has calculated oppinions, keeps it professional and I rarely disagree with him. Big ups, keep up the good work :)
Yeah absolutely, he has improved Palmer in the right way and he is now the best player in the EPL, next season Chelsea surely in for the trophies again
If we didn’t have all these injuries it will be a different story. The first 10-15 games with all the injuries, chopping and changing, new players getting to know each other, new coaches getting to know the club, anyone will struggle
@@irmanseleman5591Gallagher out of the club or at least moved again upfield so to make room for the " baller" Enzo. I hope that this top 4 level run of games with the Connor-Caicedo duo will give Poch some more cloth to make a decision not based on price tags but I am not holding my breath.
He has. I remember last season it was progressively getting worse. No playstyle. No fight. No clue what to do on the pitch, just passing the ball until opponents score. I don't recall how many games without victory we had. This season started shaky but month after month it seemed like progress was visible. Now when I look back on it good phases were looking better and better and bad phases were not as bad as they were the month before. We had ups and downs but it appears that the drop was getting smaller. This time last season I didn't expect I'd turn on any game when the new season starts. Now I'm excited for preseason and August.
Him and Palmer has improved Chelsea greatly. It's a meme how bad Chelsea have been at times but they have a great young squad that will just keep getting better and more consistent. They will be challenging for the PL in 2 years I reckon.
Thanks to palmer he has forced players to make runs into the box ,now they are all making great through balls and crosses , before poch they just passed it around the outside of the box no tactics absolutely clueless , poch has done wonders so far also pushing todd into the dark is a big help
We've had a lot of injuries this season tbf... however the inconsistency of the players we have had this season I never know if we're improving or not.... if anything over the summer they need to look at the medical team and see what they can do about sorting that out
The main problem is the defence, it is still a shame we lost Rudiger. Lets hope for a elite striker with Jackson as a back up. Next season those 100 percent chances have to be a goal, when this happens. Chelsea can go easy top 4
Of course he has. With what he has been dealt this year he's done great. Injuries to key players. Young inexperienced squad. New owners erratic approach. He's the right coach for where we are now. A couple of quality transfers and keep Gallagher and we'll do even better next season.
Obviously Poch has improved us. The toxicity in the dressing room is gone, the players and fans are more connected now and the players actually seem to be playing for the badge. Not to mention the fact that we’ve scored twice the goals we did last season! If we have modest injury luck next year, we are going to compete for top 4 for sure
Despite his glaring misses, just look at the number of goals he scored this season. Also, his hold up play is amazing + few assists. As a player, he is more complete than Haaland imo.
Poch has been doing a great job, a young team has taken time to really gel...the injuries certainly didn't help either but you can see it's starting to come together, I still think Poch needs a really sharp striker and possibly an experienced central defender, we could have done without the Thursday night European game as I think it's a bit of a joke...concentrate on a Champions League spot next season without the distraction of the second rate European competitions.
chelsea trajectory just like arsenal last two season..villa last season..they keep momentum from end of season untill now..but chelsea need to add 1 top striker, top cb and gk
He took too long to bench Sterling, insisted on playing Colwil at left back... i thinking injuries helped him with squad selection because when he had choices, he consistently made the wrong ones
Just a good end to the season had he won the cup over Liverpool he would have gotten more support but it's starting to change. Give him time, he didn't help spurs in one season and had he have another top team they would have won the league. He can win trophies with Klopp leaving and soon Pep. So let the youngsters get more experience
He looks confused, and confused everyone else! Badiashile, Enzo and Sterling, These 3 are useless, Mudryk is useless too but i see something special in there
If TB and co sack Poch, it will be a DISASTER! Ive not seen a Chelsea team with this sort of 'togetherness' for a long time, and thats not just between the players themselves but also between the players and manager. They want to play for him, they want him to stay. AND HE SHOULD!
This kikd of analysis is scary Maximum to Professional footballers, if you have played or play the game you know difficult it is to keep on your toes as long as the ball is in play.....
Good job Poch! Just ensure our defence gets to top quality like our attack. I think we have the most lethal attack in the league...only rivalled by Man City
How can this question still exist. Did Chelsea not survive relegation after the club had to be sold?? Did the club not end 6th after everybody was criticising our young players??
I wanted poch last season and we’ve lost 1 game in our last 14 games of course he improved the squad like it’s crazy that people are surprised we caught up and I seen it coming weeks ago yes we had really bad games but most of our games were just frustrating we have more chances possession and still loose or we’d be 2-0 up and draw but it’s all about next season top 4 and maybe the europa league Chelsea fans have been so disgraceful the last 2 seasons non of what happened had to do with the players or the managers we had it’s all Todd boehleys fault i went to 4 games this season and the atmosphere was awful and we won all 4 games we need to start backing the mangers and the players no matter who they are
What do they mean by time spending walking 😂😂😂. U want him to run around with the balls. I doubt if Halland runs all thru the match but he is getting the results.
Id let sterling go kepa Lukaku. Maybe even mudryk as well hes not lived up to expectation as a whole. Diasi id let him go theres a fair amount whos not lived up to expectations
Letting go of players really ain’t that easy. Especially when they’ve spent a LOT on them. Financially it’s irresponsible to sell players sterling/mudryk without giving them a bit more time
