When my sister went to her tourist visa interview in the Dominican Republic, the officer who interviewed her asked just one question, did not see her face and refused the visa right after. I know that it is a sovereign decision of the officer but they should not treat people with so much contempt.

Dear officer, I am an ARGO client and have a question here. Actually, my father, the one who did file Humanitarian parole form I-131, which is Application for Travel Document on my behalf, and recently, I have received my conditional approval notice. While I am supposed to fill out a DS-160 (Non-immigrant) form but I do not know how to answer the following question on my DS-160. I applied for the DS 160 visa and I was denied yesterday. I was only asked 3 questions. Before the interview began I had pointed out an error in my application form (about not going to the university whereas I have and I have a degree) He asked for the purpose of my visa and I answered ( to accompany my aunt to the US so she gets there safely because she is blind ) 2nd question "does she have a Visa?" And I said yes I have a copy which I showed. He lastly asked if I work, I replied yes as an Hr assistant. I expected him to ask more questions so I can explain better but he gave me the green paper saying I'm ineligible under article 214(b)

They Provide me Free Masters with good University. Helll Ben, Unfortunately, my ESTA was rejected for no apparent reason, which deeply surprised and disappointed me. I would like to emphasize that I have no criminal record and have never had any problems with the law in my previous trips to the USA. Now i did the appointment with the embassy for interview. He asked me 2 questions.after this he told he see that me my ESTA was rejected he has to wait for documents from Homeland Security. Next time i was checking the status anda now its Refused!?? I’m a Ghanaian and I’m currently in Israel and I applied from there. The first question she asked was, when did I come to Israel and the second question was what am I doing in Israel? Today my B1/B2 visa was rejected by the Consular officer in Mumbai & handed section 214 (B) paper. The consular officer made a judgemental error by not cross checking my Assets here in India & concluded that I will abscond after I land in the USA. Absolutely ridiculous & disgusting. I have my own business set up here & what makes him assume & presume that I did not demonstrate loyalty towards my beloved country. I applied for a god damn tourist visa to visit close school friends & their family + visit a few places of prominence + eat some US cuisine & watch a game of T20 cricket. My friend sent me an invitation letter with all other required testimonials of his + i carried all of my commercial & residential property papers duly translated + my old passports which have work visas of many countries & visit visas of many countries. But nothing was checked or crossed checked. Few questions & visa denied. Ridiculous.
