Was refused a tourism visa twice first in 2017 and then in 2018. I watched a lot of these videos before my interview this week and I had my visa approved at the 3rd attempt

As an answer to the question what are the changes...can i say that i think i cudnt present my sponsors sources of income well yhe last time as i was tensed. Also just like u mentioned i have my brothers who have gotten thr visas issuesd. One has a student visa and is studyng in the US and the other has a business visa but he is yet to go . If you apply and there's a mistake in one's DS-160 and the person was denied. If the person decides to correct the mistake in the next DS-160 form, will it affect the application and the interview decision?

How to convince visa officer when i am going to low level university? Any suggestions

Very objectively presented, thanks. The US consulates are so big, the queues there so long, it gets intimidating, finally when you get in and to the window, one speaks out incorrectly, forgets to focus on their case strengths. People who already have visas to Europe and all other advanced countries, travelled there end up getting rejected for US visa. Plus the US visa officers dont intend to help applicants bring out their best, or make them feel at ease. So tricky situation, which gets dubbed as luck or mood of the officer. But you brought out the facts, the ground situation how this operates. Thanks.

I think it didn't follow electronically in my uncles case becuase he applied before the electronic age but he got the visa in the end

I did interview in December at isl embassy usa Pakistan. Visa officer approved the visa. Now 4 visas are showing issued at ceas and one is refused . No 221g was given. No letter or email about refusal has received from embassy. CEAS date has been updated . why is that

In the DV 2023 me and my family were put in administrative processing without asking to fill DS5535, and unfortunately after 4 months dv visas run out before the end of fiscal year, and the embassy send an apology to me. Hlo sir i have been assigned with libral arts and science course in central Michigan University because all students can only assigned with this course at the admission time due to university policy my official course is business administration and management. My interview was on 6th of dec and i told told them my official course is bba but am assinged with this couse whem vo ask me why libral arts and science but interupt me and move to another question. Thank you Argo Visa & Ben. I had been travelling to US with family since 2011 . Got US visa twice (2011-2015 & then 2017-2022) but when i applied for visa renewal in 2023 they refused it. I believe the reason was that they asked in the last “why did you stay for 6 months from 2011- to 2015” I wasn’t prepared for the answer so didn’t know what to say and went silent. She said it’s not a good time to apply and try again later. I have never overstayed. My mother and sister live in US and i live with my father in Pakistan. Sister is US citizen (single) and mother green card holder. My father applied through waiver program and renewed his visit visa. I applied alone for the first time & got accepted. I got refused. Hello sir,/@ARGO Recently i had an interview for immigrant visa for USA which took place in Mumbai. So in first interview i was issued with 221g letter without any additional documents n gave me a re interview schedule day after tomorrow.Next day they called my wife in interview room and was asked about her passport because instead of submitting the new passport we mistakenly submitted the old passport which was misplace but we found it back. Actually she got two passport old and new one but we mistakenly submitted the old and they told me that its against the law.They again told us to come later in evening. When we went in evening again they issued us the 2nd 221g letter stating that "Your case is under administrative processing. We will contact you once the administrative processing is complete" and visa officer gave back my passport n baby passport but they kept my wife passport with them..Unfortunately she left her new passport in our home country n we thought that passport which we had given to embassy was her new passport.. We also knew only after they called us for re interview. Can you share some thoughts on my case🙏🙏🙏 Any chances to get visa? Thank you?

Hello. Today I was refused for the 2nd time. The visa officer said that my date of birth is different in 2 applications. She asked for my previous passport which I didn't have with me as I don't have previous U.S. visa in it. 1st application was not filled out by me, and I informed the visa officer about it. They really filled incorrect date of birth. Can it be the denial reason or not? Will it be meaningful to apply again providing previous passport?

If you have all of these you will be issued your visa easily and undoubtedly. 1. Stable Employment, working for 10 years or more and that you are earning huge amount of salary. If you have Business, it should be BIG BUSINESS like owning a shopping mall, A private Hospitals, A private School with hundreds or even thousands of employees. Etc etc.. 2. Your civil status should be MARRIED and with kids. This is to show you're NOT going to marry and stay in America for good. Single applicants are at risks to he denied especially the young and of marrying ages 4. Elderly applicants like Senior Citizens in their 70s and above, retired and receiving pensions are most often approved. 🤨🤔

Is this new rule true, if your f1 visa rejected you should wait for 365 days from the day of rejection to reapply again???
