I made your hash brown omelet and it was amazing. The wife loves it also. The only thing that I did differently was I remembered the peppers...lol. It was definitely "Good Groceries"
There is a restaurant I get breakfast at and Is there hash browns rock I asked them how come they are so good. Found out they are dehydrated like your using. I now use mostly dehydrated when cooking.

I found this recipe quite interesting when I first saw it on True North Cafe’s channel. Kind of disappointing that there was no mention of his video. Matt from Meat Church made a hash brown omelette video and politely gave a shout out to Robbie from True North.

Yummmm recipe! Can I replace egg hash brown with flat meat kabab? One egg on the top ll be enough. I ate it in Africa with tin beans n vegies plus bisto gravy. It was heavenly.
I would have flipped the has browns before I put the eggs in between the hash browns. I would have cooked the eggs light & fluffy, before putting them in between the hash browns.just my preference.

I have another question about hash brown casserole. Have you made a version of Crackerbarrel's hashbrown casserole? I seen The Flat Top Kind do a version that I want to try. Love to see you perfect this one!
I haven't tried the dehydrated hashbrowns yet but was wondering. Do you like these over the refridgerated ones like "simply potatoes" hashbrown style in the refridgerated section of the store?
It's one of those things some folks say no to this or that. Sometimes I add cream sometimes I do milk and sometimes I do nothing. 😂 However I'm feeling at the time.
