I had a bailiff knocking at my door, for council parking ticket. I actually forgot to print it out, it was 1 hr free anyway. The enforcement agent came with some unsigned, electronic bs paperwork. I've refused to pay. He called the police, and 5 cars turned up. They said that his paperwork was legit. Long story short: Police "officer" told me that if I don't pay it, I will be arrested for the breach of the peace. That was 4 years ago, and it was actually a turning point when I started diving into law. Legal vs lawful etc. Btw any Police officer who takes sides in any civil matter, can face up to 14 years in prison.

Good idea, at least in theory but the truth is, 99.9% still believe in our police. It’s brain washing to the degree it becomes a form of hypnosis. Hypnosis switches off parts of the brain and intelligence, CIA, MI6 do actually know how to do it a lot via TV but YT, Facebook, even through kids, sport everything. I’ve known this ages because a long time a go, about 2000 I sensed a change and began studying the Nazis in depth. This form of hypnosis was found to exist in both Japanese and Germans and accounted for why the Japanese threw babies in the air to catch them on bayonets etc whilst the bulk of the Germans shot and hung everyone in the end, including tens of thousands of their own. If memory serves correctly about 60,000 German soldiers, most aged around 18 to 30 were shot for defeatism ( letters were opened) and retreating when ordered to fight to the last man. Yes this is exactly what we've done and have 3000 members around our town with between 2 to 300 who can respond at any one time. We have defeated quite a few "enforcement officers" including police as they were severely out numbered. We all protect each other from action such as that this lady experienced. If she was in our community she needs not fear of any "arrest warrant", if any one comes she could call and with in 5 mins we could have nearly 100 turn up to save her. It's worked numerous times for us, please get together and form these groups. We are not aggressive but will only use equal and opposite force against officers. Every time they have retreated!

I'm in washington U.S. and their truely trying to make us affraid world wide. August 2019 our apt. complex decided we had to buy a parking sticker to park in our spot and register all guests including their licence plate on line with the arrival time and what time they were leaving. My husband said no I'm not paying to park here he was in an electric wheelchair in a handicap spot (died 6 weeks later) a naighbor came to tell me (I was smoking on the corner, couldnt smoke on the property) that they put a tow sticker on our car. They also put a tow order on the man in a wheelchair on the other side of the building. They used volunteer police to do this. The people were shocked and asked how they could do that to the handicapped when they didn't threaten any other cars with tow stickers and I told them it was to show all the tenants that they were heartless and if they would go after 2 elderly handicap peoples cars they would come after anyone. I also explained that in L.A. they watched the hallway cameras and if someone they concidered undesirable was at your door for more than thirty seconds they'd be evicted and at these apt that if the friends they registered on line had a warrent sorted past they'd show up to arrest them, they didn't understand how they'd know so I explained an algorithm could easly show that in a color so the police would know and the apartment manager would see it and I believed they would put them on notice to evict. They were shocked and thought me paranoid but thats just what they did. I'm glad I knew that trick from California and warned them so their freinds parked on the street saving everyone a lot of misery but thats a dirty trick here that could be anywhere they want us to live in fear. Thought you should know. I watch your show to know what might be comming. I like to be informed and your just awsome Richard it helps to be for warned. I would suggest the police are spitting out their collective dummies because this wonderful lady has them on the ropes. How amazing she is. I would love to learn all there is to know about help against the police, and the government. I am being hounded by HMRC and since 2015 for tax due (according to them) when I was working full time and expecting the employer to charge me the correct tax. I have written, spoken to them (with very rude people on the phone) and asked and asked how this could have happened. They just keep sending me bills and now have passed it on to an agency to collect the money. It came to me with my name in capital letters. I now need to find out how to go about getting my questions answered and is it lawful to write my name in capitals. This country is all about corruption these days.

Richard you need to look up ... the road and rail traffic act 1933. Section 9 subsection 2. It reads.... notwithstanding that a vehicle is an authorised vehicle ,the conditions of a licence shall not apply while the vehicle is being used for any purpose for which it might lawfully be used without the authority of a licence.

The problem is that the Police are Not legally trained and are technically in breach of their oath by wrongly assuming that Statutory ACT's are The Law. Their oath is to uphold Common Law not enforce the policy's of private corporations. Government, council, DVLA, police officers ect....

I think like America we need Constitutional lawyers who deal solely in Constitutional law we dont seem to have ,most citizens advice centres have been closed down for citizens to get free legal advice.
