Whitney loved learning the info about an egg!! I smiled so big when you showed us that little last chick made it, God sure is wonderful and amazing and always on time❤
Amazing & informative science lesson. I thought Ashley was the teacher. LOL! I am both happy & sad for you over what you've experienced so far but such is life. Another great video. Continued success!!!
I told Jonathan that I loved this one a little extra because of all of the learning. I'm pretty much a nerd through and through 😉 Learning and moving forward, despite the hard parts! We have 12 happy and healthy chicks for today at least (6 by mail, 6 by hatching), and we're trying our very best.
Love this video. I want to watch it again with my kids. We’ve done all of this, but I never researched all that about the eggs. So cool! I messed up the humidity one time and had to help two chicks get out with tweezers. It took forever because if I pulled too quickly it would rip their skin and they’d bleed. But they somehow both survived. I’m a “wing it”person. You guys are doing great researching and learning everything prior! I’m like let’s just do it and figure out as we go. 🤪 probably not the best approach.
You're so sweet! My mom told my sister that she should watch it with her class since they'll be incubating and hatching soon, too! ❤️ Oh man about the tweezers!! I think I got lucky with this little one. I had to do the slightest little peel, and out (s)he popped! It's encouraging to hear that both of yours made it. Ours is doing well so far, too! Do you keep your roos? I think there's a healthy balance to be had between wing it and research. I need a little bit more "go with the flow" in my life!
@@follow.the.whisper- we do keep the roosters. There is usually only one that sticks around. They end up fighting and the other ones just disappear. ☺️ right now we have 3, but two of them are really tiny and they seem to know they aren’t in charge. 🤷🏼♀️
