No way! We literally just had an Ootheca hatch last week! So cool! We had a blast with our babies! Ours took about 6-weeks but we really needed the better weather here to get the temperature right for them... these are amazing!
@@ImHuntsman I was not aware of any stinger or bite hazard… they were all over our hands as they were released and we didn’t sustain any kind of bites or stings… they are so cool! Have fun!
i want to keep a ootheca in my fridge , i will use a container with holes and most likely keep it at the bottom of the fridge . but my question is ..do i neeg to keep a semi damp tissue inside to give it mosture, or just leave it in container alone ...
Great question. I have never kept mine in the fridge before. We always leave it on the counter room temperature. Is there a benefit keeping it in the fridge? Thx Ken
Hi Mine Hard, thank you for the offer, but I work 2 jobs and don't have much time. Maybe one day down the road, but at this time I have to pass. thanks
