I saw darkest hour around this time and I loved it, but the crowd wasn't feeling it. To this day, my brother calls it "darkest hour syndrome" when a band is too fast for the crowd to groove and I laugh my ass off. Underrated band

I love darkest hour but their sound has really gotten generic since Ryan Parrish left. Such a unique drummer and he solidified the bands sounds. The new stuff sounds so different and it’s a damn shame.
