I don't recommend following this video if you are not alumni of the teacher already. I am starting with Hatha Yoga, although have already quite experience with Vinyasa flows, so I could follow until the half of it until the class starts with inversions. The cues are not loud enough, so it is challenging to follow without seeing the screen. At some points there are (minor) cuts in the video, like you skipped 20 seconds and you have to hurry to the next pose. Also, probably the level is intermediate-advanced. I would note those points in the description of the video. Anyway, I think the teacher seems great, it is about the quality of the recording. Please, keep posting videos (with a headset and no cuts, please!)
Namaste Miguel, first of all, apologies for the delayed response. Yes, you are right. It was shot without any proper setting. There is no mic at all. We are really sorry for the bad audio. Now we are publishing better videos with a little bit of professional touch with a better audio quality :) Thank you for your kind words. Hope the upcoming videos will be more helpful :)

I agree. It was shot during one of the classes. It was not created for You Tube. A normal daily class was shot to give an idea of how the practice during the training is. Apologies for the sound. :(
