Any shounen could work as a battle arena. The problem is the people working on them keep going for the bare minimum and sticking with the same bad battle design decisions as alot of the other battle arena games. If there's anything positive for the game it looks solid visually.

in cursed clash’s defense it doesn’t look like typical arena fighters that we’ve gotten, much larger environments like a j stars dissida dream baby

Not really fair to compare modern games to 40+ year old anime/manga. Saint Seiya was made in the 90's, give it a break. You mentioned "for the time they came", and Saint Seiya looked just fine for when it came out. You're not gonna find any 80's anime looking much better than it did.

If you are doing a combo by the end of which you get ANY kind of damage, it should deal more than 10%, this is ridiculous. Maki doesn't have cursed energy and shouldn't even obey the system to begin with.

@Kashimaro she probably just has some special cursed weapon attacks which deal more damage.

I remember taking a look at it a long time ago, just couldn't come up with any good idea that would guarantee at least an average number of views. It does give off an impression of a very cool game though.

the issues are not really issues, like most of the stuff wich he complains about would be worse the way he wanted it.... Like gojos domain expansion, in lore it is just insta kill so the way it is in the game is pretty balanced. Sukuna not injuring teammates, ...its a casual game, trolls would just teamkill their mates. Also in connection to the above, maki does barely any melee damage with her first weapon cause you mostly do damage through techniques, mate sukunas attacks would cancel them so they would still have to be careful. Then yuji, what would they give him besides the moves from the anime? a domain expansion?

I’ll say demon slayer was a huge success because they had more to work with and they actually had things a lot more planned out in terms of characters and dlcs

Maki can damage and charge at the same time. other characters can’t, they need to land “12 billion hits” to charge energy for damaging moves. It’s damage for free.

Also there is a 1v1 mode
