Put warm olive oil in your hair then cling film for an our or longer. Do this once a month. Also make a rosemary tea( sprigs of rosemary simmered in water )and spray on your scalp daily.

Rogainei works. You have to give it 4 months to start to see regrowth. It's true you have to keep using it but honestly it's worth it to me. I brush my teeth every day and use toothpaste and know if I don't I will lose my teeth so I certainly don't think it's too much to use Rogaine right after I brush teeth and then it helps alot. I stop coloring mine 5.5 months ago. Mine is alot of white too but I found that wearing it half up /half down, curing it and using bobby pins to put at the side up really breaks up the line of demarcation alot. It's not bad at all. If you don't do anything but part it and it's straight down, it's going to really draw attention to it instead. Nioxin conditioner helps alot. I cut mine in a bob and it helps on the appearance alot too.
