Steve is for sale. Some of his reviews are laughable. See the latest FX USA drama? Overrated and now in receivership. I own several Hatsan models, good guns but poor quality control. Metal shavings in the barrel and receiver are unfortunately common.

End of the muzzle maybe looks a little rough? Not from your cleaning, presumably just how it came from the factory. Could be that the crown needs re-cutting. Much lower accuracy than I would have expected. Pretty sure that there is an internal spring adjuster, but Hatsan like to fit an anti-tamper to prevent user adjustment. Makes perfect sense for - for instance - the UK market, with it's maximum 12ft/lbs for an unlicensed airgun, but makes no sense for a market where airgun power isn't controlled. Other than accuracy issues, I would like to see Hatsan add an integrated factory regulator. You can get aftermarket regs for guns like this, but they are bulky, and ruin the look of the rifle.

I really enjoy the videos you do . I have a question for you if say you got a G2 . 25 cal and want more power for hunting hogs can you go from 2100 psi to say 2400 psi and it still b good.

70 yards with a Sport Target Tactical 10 X 40 X56E-SF scope and a Donny FL suppressor hit the center of the + on a Phillips screw day one with the gun using JSB Exact King Diabolo 1.645 gr .25 cal

I have both the 22 and 25 cal Neutron stars, U can adjust the power on those guns. U have to take them out of the stock. There is a video on how to adjust the power on these guns. Came out about 3 yrs ago.

Do the latest models have the fixed power because I have the wood version Nova stars in 22 and 25 cal and you can adjust the power. I was thinking to get the 177 in synthetic but if the power is fixed I'm gonna have to pass or get a refurb

I tried everything to make it shoot straight, Hatsan recommended I buy a new barrel. Was hoping you would have had better luck than me. Oh well.

Long-time shooter, but zero knowledge of air rifles. I'm in search of a quality air rifle that is accurate at 50 yards. I'll never need to shoot further nor will I ever shoot more than a few rounds in one setting. Is there a high quality break barrel option or will I have to go with CO2 tanks/cartridges? If CO2 is the only option for a quality rifle, can the compressed air stay in the rifle for weeks at a time? I really don't mind paying a premium price as long as it's a quality product and reasonably quiet. Thanks in advance for your opinion.

Also I was an 11C or mortar man if you don’t know that MOS. I have severe hearing loss per the VA and I just don’t like firearms anymore because of the noise. I have a DonnyFL on all my rifles and it is so quiet the firearms guys near me can’t tell I’m shooting. I usually choose to shoot far away from firearms if possible at the range then I don’t need to wear muffs and don’t hurt my ears in any way. Tinnitus sucks FYI

It did shoot worse with no shroud...so you do have to have it ON and tight.

@@ezrabrook3993yep, I agree that the hammer spring is adjustable, I’ve had the .177 for a few years now and even tuned down it won’t shoot pellets very well. The magazine on the .177 likes to chew up skirts too so that might also be an issue. I have it tuned to shoot 20.5 gr NSA slugs though and it’s a beast.
