Thanks guys for the positive feedback! This doll tutorial has been so highly requested for since I first started crocheting and I figured this would be a great time to share my “pattern” or what I like to call “stitch design.” And thanks to Laura Tegg for creating such a great base body! I’m gonna continue to make more progress vlogs from here since my channel is more for inspirational purposes and that I would like to reach my 100 dolls goal within the next year! I’m hoping to be eligible for community discussion posts soon, so I can start asking which dolls to create next! Thanks again for giving me this opportunity I’ve always dreamed of 🥰 see you in the next video! ✌🏻✨
Im sorry if this is too much but could you please make a tut for making a Len and run one? I wanna make it matching ones for me and my bsf! Please take your time and I’m sorry if it’s too much
Just finished making this after forever! I don't know how you manage to make so many different characters so fast! Love your collection! Sorry to hear about the latest update, hoping you feel better soon, I have no doubt that you will be able to reach your goal! Take it easy until then!
I loved how you put the eye colour, I make chibi dolls too but I just put the safety eye and that’s it, just Black 😅, definitely I’ll adopt your method to add that pop of color to the characters
I loved how it turned out, it is incredible and beautiful ... just that there is a little problem I don't know English so I don't know what I'm going to do to do it 😭😭
Thankyou for creating the hairstyle tutorial :) its definately worth purchasing everyone! I was wondering about the wig cap, any pattern for that? Happy Crocheting :)
Love this. One of my daughters friends wants me to make her one, but I cant find your descriptions for your details. Where can I find the patterns for hair and clothes?
the hair strands are not available in the tutorial so dont expect it to be a full tutorial, but u can do the clothes and other parts in the video which is good 😅 (i cant buy the pattern due no money so I just did the clothes/ hair, i do need to improvise for the bangs, and find a body tutorial and just attach the clothes and hair there its a fun experience tho 😊) Update: The body was actually available in the video its just in the discription 😅
You’re supposed to use the base body pattern I provided in the description. The hair pattern only tells you how to do her bangs and everything else has been provided including her pigtails.
Question, hopefully someone can help! Rnd 3 of the arms, when you do the invisible colour change to turquoise, in the original Weebee pattern you do a Sc2tog in the first stitch. If you're doing an invisible colour change, you can't do a Sc2tog as you're pulling through the post (V) yarn, 'cause it's not secured (as you're using another colour as the top of the stitch). What am I missing? (I feel I'm so close, but missing something!)
So right before I do r3, I change the color to turquoise in the last stitch of r2. Starting r3 I take my hook and YO skin color and pull through after doing the first step of sc2tog then I YO turquoise and pull through. I repeat the same step for r4 as well. None of my doll arms have ever unraveled despite invisible color changing with the sc2tog. Hope that helps!
Hello! I know it’s been 2 years since this pattern was created but I’ve really been looking forward to crocheting this doll. I was just wondering about the base pattern that you used. Laura Tegg has three different Weebee doll patterns, the standard, medium, and little one that you linked in the description. But the little weebee doll pattern is around 5 inches, while your doll is like 8 inches (I saw in another one of ur videos) and appears to be pretty big. I used the same yarn weight and 3.5mm crochet hook to crochet the base doll as a practice for the base pattern and it was 5 inches, I did try different tensions. The medium doll is around 7.5 inches but the feet look a bit different and I’m wondering if you followed that pattern or did something else. It’d be great if you could specify how I can get the same doll shape and look and the same size, and which pattern I should use (while using worsted weight yarn and 3.5mm hook).
I used the same hook and pattern as stated in the video, and for some reason, my tension just makes my doll about 8 inches lol the Little Weebee is supposed to be smaller. You don’t need to make the doll the same size as mine as long as you’re able to still make the doll!
Yeah, I originally didn’t want to do any tutorials at all, but I got constantly bombarded in the beginning for tutorials including on how to do the hair, so I created a pdf pattern and quick tutorials like this one. Since I always make these dolls and don’t have as much time to create other patterns, I have to raise the price for the hair pattern because it’s something I use on most of my dolls. The price helps to make up for the time that I am spending on these dolls and not making other patterns if that makes sense. It’s also a way for people who want to show support for my work then they can and thank you for liking my Miku! :)
Ah... I feel your pain, it makes it so I can't buy most things in the Internet with the currency conversions. 🥲 We'll either have to suck it up and save money for the patterns, or find an alternative that works for us. Cheers! Good luck! 🙌
@@Floofypan i started making my own patterns and just trying my best to copy and/or personalize existing patterns, i still cant afford a 5 dollar pattern but i feel pretty nice about being able to accomplish new things by myself...cheers and good luck for you too!!!
I scrolled down your page and I noticed you've never done a bungo stray dogs character. Could you maybe make Jouno Saigiko? He's my favorite character and I'm planning on making him but I have no idea how. Thank you
i saw on your instagram stories that you're interested in translating this into spanish. i'd love to help out, if that's okay! i've been watching your videos for a long time now and sometimes i just let them run in the background while working or crocheting because i enjoy them so much (and to help you out with more watch hours and ad placements). i'm really shy about comments, so i apologize for not writing one sooner, but if you give me the time to do it, i'd be happy to do it for you. 💖
Hi, thanks for reaching out to me! You can definitely create a transcript in Spanish with the time stamps included, so I can add them manually into this video unless there’s an easier way you may know of. If you do decide to send it, please message me on my Instagram @ hookedontheloops. And I’m super happy to hear you enjoy my videos! These types of comments are always very encouraging for me to continue crocheting, thanks a bunch
@@atlastnicole i think that's the best way to do it, which is a little time consuming for both of us, but I don't think there is another option. personally, i don't mind it too much as the captions in english give me the time stamp well enough to be able to both listen to what you're saying and timing the translation properly enough to match up. I'll start to work on it this weekend and contact you when done! and you're welcome, i hope that you continue to post for as long as you enjoy making things. ^0^
Bonjour Nicole, je viens d'acheter les patrons deNINKI DOLL et NINKI HAIRSTYLE TUTORIAL, avez-vous des vidéos pour faire les vêtements de HATSUNE MIKU Merci d'avance. Brigitte. OF FRENCH
I’m trying to crochet this cute little Hatsune Miku doll and currently stuck on the "magnolia way" of crocheting an arm 😭 Can somebody explain what that is ? She mentions it at 12:45
Hi, I have the PDF on file, so I’m not sure why it’s not there, but please message Ko-Fi if you need direct help! Here’s a link to Ko-fi’s help page: help.ko-fi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007726874-I-Supported-a-Creator-but-I-Can-t-See-Their-Posts#signing-up-to-ko-fi-after-supporting-someone-0-1
