Needs music added, and the lights dimmed, and then: perfection. Until then: darn good! Nice to see dark rides still getting love. Too many amusement parks have too few dark rides (or none at all!) Dark rides are the BEST amusement attractions IMO
That painting effect at :40 is amazing. It took multiple watches to get it but if I hadn't seen this POV and it was my first ride it would have got me.
@@Crazycoasterpovs anytime. Your probably the only one with a pov. So that’ll be helpful for your channel. This definitely looks like the best dark ride coming out this year. Way better than what universal is opening this year. Villain con is just a joke. So hopefully you get some views from some dark ride fans.
Yippee!!! A slow ride through a dark house filled projectors and video screens. I'm surprised they bothered to make the old lady at the end an animatronic. I just think spook trains filled with video monitors are lame.
If you're wondering, This ride is located in Maine. It would be nice if these videos would tell views in the description where the attraction is located.
I rode this ride early!! Funtown Management was able to let us ride it (Employees + Sodexo Live Workers) on the weekend before the ride opened. It was very nice to have that opportunity.
Some elements are great the gobo lighting Is terrible the edges need to fade out not showing the circle, and the spread Is too narrow on most scenes. And the strobe lighting reveals the projection surface it needs to face away
I think they want it to be a soft opening so if there are any major problems with it they can fix it. They probably will start promoting it soon. I hope they do so they can get the return in revenue.
I love haunted mansion/house s☕😱 I mean ones like this that are good quality and not scary as hell Walter wicks i spy spooky night and disney haunted mansion and tower of terror Not taking about the drop but I love the part, regardless
It's not the worst, but.. Lets be honest, i did see munche beter ride than that. Like the haunted mansion (the disneyland version, to be more presisly) ( sorry for my bad english)😂😂
It's very modern looking and has quite contemporary special effects, but I think some of the charm and genuine scare factor that much older dark rides have should have been part of this one. Keep some of it really dark and more jump scares. A simple witch head on a hydraulic mechanism popping out would be an amazing scare , as opposed to just big screen everywhere . I also think it's crazy slow and you can see the rail so there's no surprises as to where you are going. Needs to be a faster pace and really bash through those doors so the passenger has no clue what's ahead. Still a good ride , but that's my criticism.
I went on this and it was just a waste of time because we waited like 20 minutes and the ride wasn't even fun, so if you are reading this, just don't go on it, it's a waste of time.
