when i heard paranormal pack, i expected the build/buy stuff to look a lot like the spooky items from vampires and i wasn't super happy, but surprisingly they were super creative in not making it repetitive but still adding stuff that fits with the theme

Does anyone know who designed the couch in this pack? Because we NEED them to stay!! I love the couch so much and it looks like CC but still fits. I’m just curious if it’s a CC creator that made it

I love the couch too! It's great in vintage apartments with those deeper colors but then those neutral colors and softer colors are amazing in modern/suburban type homes. Truly versatile and the pillows and throws add much-needed detail that a lot of couches in this game are missing, especially base game.

They did show us the paintings in the livestream ☺️ they said they created the originals and then were like...what if we made this creepy? As for the style, it is Queen Anne inspired (if you look up Queen Anne furniture you can see similarities in the couches and chairs in the pack), as well as French Quarter New Orleans inspired.

I'm so excited for this pack! It kinda cracks me up because my mother is a HUGE paranomral junkie. SHe even has some of the investigative machines and has done hunts and spoken to ghosts in some hautned houses from Savannah to NOLA. Now what cracks me up is ALL the CAS is STRAIGHT out of her house!! the CLOTHES, the furniture and color palette! like ON THE NOSE scary.

I read about a haunted estate in charleston that looks exactly like this house you built. I read about it in a book I got on my vacation in charleston called The Ghost of Charleston and the hauntings that happened there are crazy. The family that haunts the house used to be a rich family with slaves in the 1800s.

Greek Revival style is an architectural style popular during the mid-nineteenth century. Lots of columns, big porches, decorative exterior trims. Like the house version of a Greek temple. High style examples are usually pretty grand. Think Terra from Gone with the Wind.

it’s funny because the interior of the AHS coven house was a completely different location than the exterior house that was shown, since the real life interior of the house was actually pretty colorful ☺️ lil fun fact! ❤️

The bright swatches and intricate design on that floor made me worry it wouldn't be very usable but you manage to make that green floor look absolutely stunning

You can't enable heroic mode for the first 24-48 hours. Also, the picture of the mansion that came with the pack gets haunted too. Specters can be seen in it at night. It's so cool!

I love this build, you have exceeded expectations. I was so happy to see the blue tile flooring, which I've never been able to make work. The spaciousness in the floorplan lends itself so well to what you had in mind while building. I even watched the screen shots, why you ask, because I LOVE this! Oh, btw, why did you choose the green swatch for the flooring?

Thank you so much 💓🤗 The white-on-white was too much, the black flooring with the white wallpaper was too dramatic for me, and the other wood swatch was a bit too orange. I honestly didn't like too many of them, but the green let me play with color in a subtle way!

I would call this style of furniture "southern gothic" maybe? I live in Alabama and this style is popular. It's very trendy right now in the south to take old furniture and repaint it bright colors but kind of keep the worn look.

Just stumbled on your content and you are so talented! And you have a perfectly calming voice for a speed build! 😁 I just started using the cheat to add some “clutter” to my counters and tables and when I use the 0 or 9 the bottom of my objects either gets cut off or floats... how do I fix this and is that the red box you use ? THANK YOU! I’m binge watching your videos now 😁♥️

Aw thank you!! 🤗💓 Yes using the CTRL+9 can work sometimes and not others. The red shelf (linked in my About section) helps you raise objects to the perfect height.
