Come with us as we celebrate our 16th annual home haunt tribute to Walt Disney's Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. Appearances from all the characters you know and love, including Madame Leota, Singing Busts, the Hatbox Ghost, and Hitchhiking Ghosts.

Fun Facts:
➜ Nearly ever prop has been custom designed and built from scratch.
➜ The 13 Clock was the first prop I ever made in 2001 when I was 15 years old.
➜ The Stretching Gallery took over 200 hours to create and is hand drawn, utilizing a custom pulley rig.
➜ Most of the Attic props are antiques dating back prior to WWI. The wedding dress on the bride is over 130 years old.
➜ The Tombstones in our Graveyard were custom carved to the exact designs of the Haunted Mansion.
➜ Our audio blends the Haunted Mansion with Phantom Manor in Paris.

Thank you for coming! We usually experience this on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7-8:45 pm. We always recommend guests who are aware of it to show later in the evening around 9pm so we can spread out the rush or come on an entirely different day, especially if they prefer less scare acting on the weekdays.

Yo, as a HM fan, I gotta say this is friggin awesome. It’s so good that due to inspiration from so many home haunts, me n my folks are gonna do our own this year, on a smaller scale with our garage being the seance room and our front yard the graveyard. If possible, could u tell how do you do the Leota projection, like what projector and video? And when will this be up this year? What days and hours? Cause I think we’ll pay a visit ourselves.

The projector isn’t very important, we use an old 50 dollar eBay bought sharp projector that does 1024x768. This effect actually works better at lower brightness levels and higher contrast. The video we have is the same one of Leota you’ll find on RU-vid. The main hurdle of this effect is making an accurately shaped head that matches the video as a smooth projection surface and getting a glass globe hand blown to go over, not the easiest thing to do. Inserting a foam wig head doesn’t quite look right but will work to some degree. I would message with various artists on Etsy that have the necessary expertise for these custom items if you want the real thing.

I see. Well I think we have a very good on how to proceed. Just need to purchase all the necessary stuff. What do you use to camouflage the projector? A painted box or a fake bookcase with a hole for the video to show through? Whichever one will work for us honestly. And can you please tell the days and hours for this year? Cause we’re interested in paying a spooky visit ourselves.
