while funny, this is because the antenna for your speakers is not grounded (the dangly thin wire that connects to nothing but a single speaker), and you are picking up CB radio, either a passing truckdriver within range of you or someone who probably has an illegal tower for these signals. While not illegal to operate a CB, having a tower to amplify the signal is up to a certain height is per FCC laws unless authorized and licensed. If it is really screwing up your equipment, One, spend the cash for some premium SHEILDED speakers if you have the cash, the cheap LOGI ones are not shielded. Two, this one I recommend is ferrite cores for your cables, little cylinders you clip around cables to stop audio interference.
