(29:31) Any idea why they have on the sign "no shorts cortos," which translates to no short shorts? Which they repeat, "No shorts too short" below it... I can understand the no hats/caps rule as that could be impolite, are short shorts included or is it for a different reason?
The friends who helped Vietnam most were the Soviet Union, Cuba and Iraq. The US has failed before Cuba, so it should find all ways to smear and cause conflict and animosity. Cuba is under embargo, so it is extremely difficult for them. Vietnam has also gone through a period of being embargoed by the US, so it is extremely miserable because of poverty. It's great when the friendship thinks that Vietnam - Cuba is still burning red. Admire the talent, great personality of P.Castro and CHE Guevara. Thank you Cuba for its great help to Vietnam during the war and the transfer of Covid vaccine technology to Vietnam. May Cuba quickly stand up strong and rich and beautiful.
It's nice to see the nicer parts of Havana as well. You know, a simple, fresh, coat of paint can really, work wonders if you wish to spruce up an area. Sometimes, it really, does not take a huge amount. Keep everything clean and well kept up, and have plants and foliage around as many areas as possible, and you can make pretty much, anything look beautiful, anywhere. I did not see many happy people in this video, if any at all. Mostly people standing around. Traffic is sparse. People too. Not at all lively. Looked depressing other than the colorfully painted old cars and buildings.@@alfredolopez4092
Havana somewhat resembles Intramuros (historic district in the city of Manila(the national capital city of the Philippines)) and Vigan (provincial capital city of Ilocos Sur province located in the northern part of the Philippines) here in my home country of the Philippines; roads paved with cobblestones and structures/buildings dating back to the historical Spanish colonial era (which is not surprising since both the Philippines and Cuba shared the same history of having been under Spanish colonial rule in the past), anyway kudos for sharing this splendid glimpse of Havana, peace.

My old neighborhood. Grew up a couple of blocks from the Cathedral. Astonished that produce market is still around. Much more dilapidated in general. Spent a lot of time at the castle and fishing by the mouth of the bay.
In 3 weeks we meet Varadero in Cuba again!! The classic cars, the beautiful hotels, the nice beaches, the very good food and the friendly people! Can,t wait!!

Wow! How did you manage to go on a tour to Cuba? My mom is Swedish and Japanese my dad is Cuban. I look Swedish. Nobody would ever think I am half Cuban. In fact everyone thinks I am Irish. Anyway my great grandpa was a dictator of Cuba LOL! Because I have never met them or been to Cuban and I am basically all American culturally it kind of intrigues me expect the communism part!
