Hi Chris Lots of manufacturers seem to use that flex hose instead of actual PEX tubing. It's really hard to clamp that vinyl tubing to a PEX fitting so far on a Riverstone all I have found is actual PEX tubing. 4 years later knock on wood all is good. Riverstone does use a water isolation manifold. We always check and we put in sensors on our Ring system. It does let us know when the batteries are low. Put Riverstone on that lists. Grand design was known for good customer service but we're finding out manufacturing wise may be suspect. Thanks for the video.

I have been really impressed with your Riverstone. It is an amazing coach, and the fit and finish seems second to none. Thank you for the great comments as always! Hope all is well with you and yours... OLT

Its not PEX its the vinyl thats leaking. If it were all pex it would not have leaked.

You are absolutely right! It's using vinyl on a PEX fitting with a PEX clamp. Manufacturers just trying to save a few dollars instead of doing it right... Thank you for your observation and comment... OLT
