I dont know if you tried the surratt beauty dew drop foundation but it is the best one! light coverage, smoothing, blurring and perfecting. I think you will love it!
I haven't tried that one yet. I am featuring their wand foundation in a video coming up Friday, but now it seems I need to dry the dew drop as well. LOL
Sophia sees beauty has been raving about that Boy for like 2 months but other than her I haven't really seen anyone talk about it. She bought all the Chanel foundations to try and didn't have much expectations either but it's been her fav and she has raved about it like 2 months sense she had it. It does look beautiful on you only issue is the shade range and if others can find there shade because their isn't many.
Yeah, I am assuming since it's marketed for men, they figured it would be used in a smaller "dose" so the shades may be able to cover more tones under one shade. I am hoping they expand because it's so so good!
I need to get that one again. When I first tried that one 4 years ago, I wasn't the biggest fan. But I have definitely changed in tastes since then, so I will give it another go.
Hi Mandy! This looks gorgeous. Makeup is makeup. Whether it’s advertised for men or not. I would def purchase this for such a beautiful finish. Home run!❤🎉
I first heard of this foundation from Grace of EverydayEdit and she also said it was amazing. I just never bought it because of the terrible shade range. But after Sofia and you talking about it, I just might give it a go!
You have the most gorgeous skin I have ever seen! You look beautiful! Thank you. I want so much to try it but I’m nervous about the coverage, I usually wear Armani because I just have to finish it even though I don’t like it.
Hi Mandy that foundation really looked beautiful on you. I have never tried any foundation from Chanel. Only the water fresh tint. Wich foundation would you recommend for the first time? I have combo skin.❤❤
It looks fabulous! Have you tried the Prada foundation yet? I know it’s not new, but Rebecca from the Not Fit for Print YT channel at one point said it might be the top foundation for her normal skin in the last 10 years. I would love your opinion on it.
I have! Not enough consecutively to form a solid opinion. I need to do that. I know I love it SO much when I mix it with my Fenty, but I need to try it more on it's own.
Aww, thank. you! Sable is less warm, more of a white champagne vs. a peach champagne like Dior Tulle. It's hard to say because I love them both, but if I HAD to pick, I would go with the Chanel.
I have only worn the Dior three times now...I am wearing it today and it didn't work that well at all with the particular spf I have on. This Chanel worked with them all that I used (including the one I have on today), so as of right now, it's in first place. But I will still be trying the Dior stick. It was super pretty the first two times I wore it.
The only other person I’ve seen mention this is Sofia from Sofia Sees Beauty, and she loves it for pretty much the same reasons you do! It looks beautiful on you.
@@MandyDavisMUA Thank you! I did want to buy the Chantecaie future skin when on sale but they didn’t have my shade in stock. So I’m still looking for a foundation. Preferably without fragrance. I love Les Beige foundation but my skin doesn’t like it so I can’t wear it often. Thanks for your brilliant reviews 😍
I've been on the fence about this one, but after seeing the alcohol so high up, it's a pass...that darn alcohol accentuates my texture so bad after a couple of hours. It does look beautiful on you
I think so personally. It does have alcohol in it, so if you don't do well with that, I may skip it. If you have lots of dry patches, you may want something a bit more hydrating.
