Makes sense if you play small ball, you should be running more often. The fresher legs of Kuminga and Podz revived Kerr's system. And Steph will always run up and down, but Looney and Klay are best fit off the bench to provide control when the pace needs to be slowed down. The return of Chris Paul will give us a glimpse of what this team is fully capable of.

No hate coach Nick but is this Kerr being a genius or late to the party? Kuminga has exploded and is proving he deserved minutes. Klay has been struggling hard for a while now, so benching him once in a while shouldn’t have been like pulling teeth.

When CP3 comes back from injury, I kinda feel like the 2nd unit (CP3, Thompson, Trayce Jackson-Davis, Moody, and Looney) can do some serious damage during the non-Steph minutes. Sprinkle in some GP2, Dario, Santos, etc. as needed and the bench should have more than enough sustain while Curry rests.

Goes to show in the end it pays off that he stayed calm along the line: the season is a long way to go and as long we are not out of the Playoff race we are still in it. Can they keep up this performance - especially Kuminga and Wiggins. We have seen very different from them - so the proof is in the pudding. GO STEPH!

Hey coach, I remember you doing a video a few seasons ago on Klay’s slow shooting to start the season before he bagged 13 threes vs Chicago, it seems strange that an elite shooter can just fall of a cliff overnight. Is there something he’s doing different mechanically? Feet too wide? That could be limiting his shot making?

Could you help diagnose why the Warriors haven't been able to close in the 4th? Seems to have been an issue this entire season (most clutch games in the league, and 17-19 in that span), and even in this 8-2 stretch, huge leads have been blown. Are there lineups that are more prone to giving up leads? Is their lack of size a factor? Which players are a liability and a plus on defense?

Their closing line ups can't make shots and make rotations on defense. They need Loon's rebounding against good teams. They are just good enough to beat below average teams right now. I think kerr needs to make lots more situational offense-defense substitutions for them to beat good teams.

funny how the Warriors made basically the same adjustment as at the start of their dynastie. Cut an inefficient Big that clogged the lane, get smaller and quicker on offense with less turnovers and get better switching defense on top of it.

They been great again, but with CP3 back they might be even better. He wasnt shooting it that well but he was playing smart, talking on defense and being just incredible passing the ball.

You see why the warriors are so picky on picking their players. Their movement you just cannot see on any team. Warriors under kerr and staff is just one of a kind

Part of the reason Warrior’s pace was down is because of Chris Paul. He likes to slow the pace down. It’s up because he’s been injured, which also opened up more minutes for Podziemski.

I think Kerr is just starting to realize that we need to rely more heavily on our young players and we're finally starting to unlock some of that potential that they've been providing for quite some time now. Unfortunately, one good game from Klay gets him right back in the starting lineup and all of the sudden we lose again. I love Klay but I think it's clear his role for us at this point is best served on the bench

Most people have been fooled like this. GSW did the exact thing a couple seasons ago, losing multiple road games/home games (i forget which one but it was being talked about) but I knew it was all a ploy to keep the players rested or a brilliant coaching scheme to have opponents fall asleep on them.

I don't think they have magically figured it out --- they made the move they had too --- Wiggins and Klay playing poorly made the lineup shift something people have been asking about for a while. This team has an emerging player, Kuminga, who is basically the reason they are winning. But his expanded role will be emphasized by the rest of the league. A five game winning straak is great, but their margin for error is so low that the loss to the clips pushed them back below 500. What no one is saying during this run is 5 in a row is the beat run they've had since the first 10 games of the season. This team still has lot aof questions --- I'm not convinced at all.

I think the biggest difference might be Draymond being way more like himself again. He's more patient and his passes are way more accurate. And despite his shooting potentially being a fluke, it feels like he always hits the first three he takes in a game. Even if he can't be super consistent, I do believe he can be good enough on those wide open shots to make defenses guard him a little more, and that's really all he needs to do there.

Basically they need Draymond stop being suspended for muggings, bench Klay for Podz, Wiggins motivated on D by Dray barking at him, and team defense late in games.

I'm glad to see them resurge for now, but, I don't think they'll make a deep run the playoffs in a loaded Western Conference, if they get in.

Please make a video about last nights game between the Bucks and the Grizzs. Time and time again Giannis tried to drive underneath the basket and the Grizz set up a 3 men wall. So...there are 2 players AT LEAST wide open. Yes, he gets high asissts and scores a bunch, but the Grizz stay with this strategy up to now 1:50 min to go in the third. And yes, in the end they might still lose the game. Almost 2!!!! starting fives miss out on the Grizz side...why should we be surprised??! But the lack of basketball IQ, creativity and inspiration on the side of the Bucks strikes me...This is to me is the biggest difference between a Doncic and a Giannis: if Luca draws double or triple team defense he ALWAYS finds the wide open man even for a drive to the basket or simply a three point shot. Summery: triple D Giannis and 50% of the time he does not find the right solution - we saw this in the POs - don' t remember which season - where the highly favorite Bucks were knocked out because (I think the Celtics or was it the Heat?) built a wall on the way to the basket and Giannis keppt barging into this with no real solution. Triple D Luca and you pay the price time and time again - even if the shooters around aren' t having a field day and miss more than they make. They then can pass to another open man and right now you have a scrambling defense. They are always behind the offensive moves. I' d be very, very surprised if this Bucks team competed for a championship this season. And I' d be as much surprised if Doc found any solution.

As a Dubs fan, this seems like fools gold to me. Are they better with Klay on the bench? Yes. This isn’t the same as would they be better if Klay hadn’t dropped off. I don’t see them beating Denver or Min. Don’t mistake improvement for being good enough for a championship.
