Have The Monster Trio Become TOO STRONG?

I think its not that they became too strong, is that the villains became way too poweful to justify the Monster Trio staying the way they are. If the villains are too strong, then the heroes need to step up.

We’re approaching the end of the story and Luffy explicitly will need to at least reach if not surpass Roger. They were _going_ to become this strong at some point.

Luffy is a solid Yonko level fighter now, but still not stronger than Kaido. Zoro is a splid YC+ level character, in the same tier as Law, Marco, Kidd, and Yamato. Sanji is a solid to high YC1

Something I thought about last night is that Flower Sword Vista was atleast someone that Mihawk didn't blitz through and recognized him. Does that mean he's on the level of Mihawk or someone like King? If not Zoro might be at the level where he could go toe to toe with Mihawk. However, Zoro hasn't had a single problem with any enemy's post time skip and he was half dead when fighting King. So King could be weaker than we think.

I think it makes some sense tbh, with the gods knights and gorosei being confirmed as combatants itd be pretty cool to see the straw hats become a crew seen as almost unbeatable after wano and egghead only for the WG top tiers to show how they've stood undefeated for 900 years.

Exactly at this point all the Strawhats are monsters and Sanji and Zoro are even becoming even stronger. I think they will be able to take admirals all on they're own.

I think too strong is not right. If the straw hats even want a slight chance to compete against guys like Kaido, King, Queen and Jack they need to be extremely powerful. There is no world where they are too strong because they would otherwise be too weak and there is no realistic world where the Luffy can become the pirate king. It makes sense that the straw hats get strong fast because we’ll look at their teachers (Mihawk, Rayleigh) and their opponents (Kaido, Doflamingo, King, Queen, etc)

Luffy has surpassed kaido people need to realized it and move on. It doesnt matter if he needed help at first after all the growthj Luffy went you wanna tell me that kaido is still stronger? That would make zero sense because not only can luffy dodge and even counter kaido's attacks in base, not only does he have advance CoC which only top teirs can use, but even with both of those if luffy goes gear 5 or even snakeman he would absolutely beat kaido again. Due to snakeman's speed and gear 5's unlimited freedom.

What makes zoro a tiny margin above sanji in my opinion is his his ability to not discriminate. Sanji immediately folds when he goes up against a lady Whereas Zoro goes by “these blades are rated E for everyone” and god forbid you’re of a darker skin tone 😂

Well Zoro’s definitely on Luffy’s level, maybe stronger (if you want to consider the simple fact that he could slice up Luffy, and cut off limbs. Power wise there about the same) but Sanji it’s very questionable, queen vs big mom shown you just how weak queen is compared to Kaido, and king, he was being humiliated by a big mom that didn’t have any homies so a massive nerf, forgot everything about her devil fruit, and haki, another massive nerf, and was hungry, and we saw how much of a nerf that is with her body rapidly slimming up, killing her. His only way to beat big mom was to play dead, and attack her while she was off guard. The worst part is like big mom, Queens very slow for somebody in his ranking, chopper was able to get hits on him, just like how big mom was hit by attacks from characters that are ants compared to her, with them just tanking the attacks. Not to mention even after Sanji’s awakening it did not make Sanji far stronger than queen instead his attacks were so weak that he needed to go all out using all of his abilities together just to defeat queen. Meanwhile Zoro before his awakening would have defeated king several times, but king’s Lunarian genes were just too op, until he understood how it worked. King had a sword breaking blade, and Enma was getting in Zoro’s way. Also you know everything Zoro did on the rooftop against Kaido, and tanking the combo attack proved that he’s on Luffy’s level if not stronger.
