Having Faith, Being Patient, & Staying Positive 

I don't have any friends. I cut off all my so-called friends permanently. They attack me on my job, over the phone, at church, etc. I prayed to God to surround me with people who'd respect me and love me. Sunday, I visited a new church; the pastor called me up after church and she said, "I'll be your mentor." This is a confirmation.

I love this message! sometimes I'm in a dark place in my life and I feel like God isn't hearing me. I continue to pray and trust in God word. He may not answer your when want, but he always answer on time. When I feel heavy in my heart I trust and believe that he's with me and will never leave me to fight my own battles. Great message of encouragement!

At 44 I have talked myself out of starting new things because of fear and not having the support of those around me. This was powerful in the sense that I already have all the support I really need. whenever I get anxious I pray to God and talk to him about why I'm anxious and then it helps a lot cuz I have someone to talk to all the time

I feel clueless as to what exactly it is that God wants me to do and the direction he is staring me in. Even in my personal life where relationships are concerned I'm clueless, I keep asking "hey, what's up man? have you forgotten about me? ". And I know he hasn't, but I thank you for reminding me that he has not forgotten, he is just preparing me because my story is already written.

Hey Leah, thank you so much for the beautiful message! I have been struggling with being positive and happy. I've been confused career wise on what I'm gonna end up doing and I need a job... I was going to college and I had a job and now I no longer have anything. I live with my parents. I'm only 19 and yes I'm young but I always have everything under control and I feel like now I have no direction. I've been praying and leaving it up to God and putting my trust in Him. I have a question: I am struggling with dealing with music, I love listening to international music like, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Korean, etcetc. I feel torn as to if I should only listen to christian music. Is it ok if I listen to music and it has a good message even though it is not "classified" as Christian?
