If you're busy and time is precious, just sort and organize a few handfuls of kitchen pantry items at a time. Start gathering the spices together, the veggies, the boxed sides, etc... The more you get gathered together the more organized you will be and, the quicker doing a deep organize will be whether you do it shelf by shelf, cupboard by cupboard, or the whole kitchen. - If you end up really switching things up, put up a couple of post-it notes to label your cupboards and shelves; for the other people in the household of course.

I have a suggestion for the next time you cook quinoa. We hardly ever eat it alone. One son traveled all over Peru and said it was in every stew type meal he ate. When I cook it, I cook a mixture say 1 cup brown rice with 1/2 c wild rice and 1/2 c quinoa. I generally use about 3 cups of liquid with that 2 cups of dry mixture, though sometimes a little more liquid. I love using broth. Then I let it come to a boil, turn it down to very low, and let it cook. It freezes super well, so I put it into portions in qt plastic bags. Otherwise, if I'm making soup I often just add a handful of quinoa and let it cook in there. For hubby and ME (NOT I ) it works really really well. Can you tell I am an old retired English grammar teacher who realizes that we have a living language, but who still likes what at least used to be called standard or educated English?! Sigh.

Everything looks so delicious! I can’t wait to try all of these recipes! I’ve always cooked my squash the way you did! Never even thought to cook it upside down! Guess, that’s why we’ve been eating yummy squash! Love the pop tarts! Excited to make these for my daughter! The pop tarts and the pizza, out in the snow, looked like such a delicious winter treat!

Love watching your videos, so fun and energetic. Real life , not forced , a pleasure to spend time in your kitchen with you. I'm in Ireland and canning and preserving has almost become a thing of the past here. We are a spuds (potato) nation and I'd never seen a purple potato 🍠 Until today.
