Great video :) Like others have said it's a shame it's not really following cap413 otherwise they would certainly get money! A/G stations can't give instructions on the ground or in the air, they can't clear you for take off and you should just really say "lining up" whenever you want to go
Thanks for the comments, 100% agree. But they are working on it. Bembridge is A/G and works much better. So i am hoping that its just a glitch for Denham and its fixed soon. Appreciate your time to comment though. I will be posting more content soon. Hopefully, it might have improved by then..
Hi Darren thanks for the comment. Brian and his Team are working on it. The whole thing is a work in progress bit like BATC. I ask for a basic service in the uk and get identified, but normally have to ask to change to my destination this is VFR. IFR is getting better but dont use it much.
Great Video, but Piper Bonanza! 🙂 Quite a few errors and the delays are still too long on average. Still too much American chit chat and phraseology. Normally you would call Oxford Approach and be handed to the tower, then ground if stopping. IIRC Oxford Radar can give you service most of the way to Wycombe. I really want SI to work. Sadley I mostly fly X-Plane
Hi Ian, thanks for watching, yes my videos are rough around the edges and in the middle too. Of course Beechcraft. I like you am really hoping SI will work better. The delay is getting better. I still like how i am able to talk and almost say anything and it is understood though. The team and working hard to make it work and I am hanging in there with them for the moment..
@@atcmiker Piper Comanche, you got it right in the first 20 seconds, but wrong later. Must be the stress of talking on the radio! Your Video is better than I can do, no complaints there. SI is the idea tool to teach good RT, sadley lacking IRL. Otherwise they will have to amend CAP413 for UK proceedures 🙂 Worth downloading a copy if you fly in the UK.
