At 56 I have learned that I rush for nothing! I have been a trick pony my whole life rushing to serve others- these last 5 years hasn't been easy but it has been a true learning curve! After 2 years of suffering and healing I finally came forward very publicly about his abuse and his hypocrisy in making propaganda for this foreign country we have both been working in, where he talks shit about the government, and the locals and cheats on their women (cheated on me with a few of them). It got massive attention and lost him quite a lot of followers and support, likely also lost him his little "ambassador spot" with the media company. He tried to come at me through ghost accounts and flying monkeys (some weird body builder dude that doesn't even know me) saying I was a liar and a drug addict and bringing my dead mother's name into the smear. All that went very quiet as soon as I posted the picture of the bruises and the recording of him telling me to go prostitute myself to the local men because "they'll do anything for some p*ssy). He underestimated me and played himself and I'm out of thos godforsaken country as of this week. The biggest example of FAFO that he will never f'in forget 😂 So glad I finally spoke up.

Sitting back and observing in a Calm Silent manner really is the fastest way too reveal if your dealing with a Narcissist or Not.
